Leo's lips tightened and his face seemed to drip into ice.

Suddenly, a ringtone rang in the dead man's pocket. The young man bent over to touch Evan's cell phone, glanced at the name displayed on the screen, then pressed the answer button. When he spoke, it was completely Evan's voice, with an obvious Hebrew accent, "It's okay, the cable was just broken. It's been repaired... so fucking demanding, you have to ask this trivial matter too ... the one who owes the fuck is you, 'Cavalry', wait for me to kick your ass! "

He pressed the hang up button, then turned to look at Leo's surprised thoughtful eyes, and sighed, "I think it's impossible to tell you to leave now. So, let's go and kick him together?"

Leo hesitated and said in a deep voice, "He must be judged by the public and pay the price for the crimes he had committed. He must repent and atone for his sins, rather than die under a bullet without pain."

"Ah, that's very nice. In short, you're telling me to not kill him so that you can handcuff him, and then walk him like a dog to the court, right?" he mockingly said. "Do you really think he will obediently let us catch him?"

"If he realizes there is no other way and surrendered, I won't let you to kill him."

"What if he stubbornly resists?" Sha Qing asked like a provocation.

Leo answered blankly, "Eliminate him."

"Great, I guess we have reached a temporary united front," Sha Qing said with a smile. "So, I'm safe for the time being, and won't have to worry about you poking a gun to my back while, shouting, 'Don't move, raise your hands!', right?"

"Yes- at least until I catch Cavalry." The federal agent promised cautiously.

The good-looking young man pulled out the FN 5.7 pistol from Evans' waist, and inspected it, then handed it to him, "This is easier to use than your usual Glock regardless of its power, penetration or capacity. The bullets are also military version-it can pass through the police standard vest. By the way, do you know what the gangs call this thing?" He paused for a moment, and there was a chuckle on his mouth, "'Police killer'."

The dark-haired detective held the gun and said coldly, "Of course. Two of my colleagues were sacrificed under this gun."

Under his cold eyes, Sha Qing's smile toned down. He returned to the Devil King's corpse nearby to cut off its right thumb with a knife, then walked out of the power control room.

Leo silently walked three meters behind him, and the two of them stopped talking.

They reached the top floor and went to a tightly closed all-metal door that required a fingerprint and a code. Sha Qing took some fluorescent powder from his dark bag then sprinkled it on the keyboard. With the UV pen, the stains on six buttons became clearly visible. He inserted the pocket-sized decoder which solved the code combination in a few seconds, and then pressed Evans' broken finger on the scanning screen- the door slid open on both sides.

The two retreated to both sides of the door to hide, and peeked at the wide hall inside. Sha Qing pulled out a Beretta M9 pistol from the area near his ribs and held the gun in his left hand. He raised his right palm facing downwards on top of his head.

SWAT sign language, <Cover me>.

Leo nodded at him clearly.

The two silently went inside the room one after the other.
