XVIII. Extensive training

Through extensive discussions and training sessions, I must say that we've improved. Through my sister's special ability, we encountered diverse ability.

I am currently hiding at a tree, observing the surroundings. Any suspicious movement will be apprehend by my traps. The ground around me collapsed as someone step into it. Pero hindi ako dapat pakampante, my sister is smart and a strategist. Lahat ng maiisip namin ay naisip na niya, so she won't fall by a mere traps of mine.

"We need a plan," I announced. The seven of us are talking through telepathy, it's Katrina's sub ability.

"Back me up," Raritan said. He's the only one who can go near my sister.

I commanded them to assist Raritan, I am the brain of this group, so I have to keep calm in a situation like this. "Sierra, make illusion of the two of us talking on a boulder I created. Jean leave on where you at, you can be easily spotted, also use your ability to attacked my sister. Jf and Naz, back me up. Anica distract my sister's clone with your mirrors."

"Got it!" I heard them say.

Jean started attacking my sister with her roses. It isn't an ordinary roses because its torn has poison.  I make a tremendous storm, also I created tornadoes where it has a blade inside. Jf added his fire and mixed it to the tornadoes, I felt so hot but I endured it.

"Go!" I commanded, Naz punched the ground that causes it to be cracked all way to my sister. "Sierra!" I shouted. Then Sierra makes illusion to support Raritan. Now that Raritan is getting closer to her, there's a glimpse of hope that we could win against her.

But I was wrong...

Before Raritan could slash her, she disappeared.

"Phew! That was so close."

I clinched my fist out of frustration. Why can't we defeat her? It's  seven versus one, so why? Are we that weak? I know others felt the same way like me, disappointment and frustration lingering around me. Paano kami mananalo sa tournament kung kahit isang tao ngalang hindi na namin mapatumba.

"You are not weak, you can't just defeat me due to lack of time." My sister caressed my head.

Ah! I now remember, I used to be pampered by her. She protects me from harm, yet I easily gets annoyed when people recognize her, not me.

Inilayo ko ang sarili ko sa kanya. When she talks to me, I only gave her a cold treatment. Then she'll just say maybe it's part of me, being adolescent.

But I know to myself, it is not because of being adolescence, I am just jealous of her.

She's too far...

Too far that I can't get close to her.

Lalo na ngayong napangasawa niya ang demon lord.

"Would you like to talk in private?" Sha asked. Tanging tango lang ang naisagot ko sa kanya. "Okay! Everyone let's call it a day, please clean yourselves and we'll eat after."
