I woke up in a plain blue room, my eyes still heavy with sleep. As I blinked, trying to adjust to the brightness, I felt a strange sense of calm washing over me. I scanned the room, taking in the stark, minimalist decor. My heart fluttered as my eyes landed on him - Jace, the demon king at ang aking kasintahan. His face lit up with a radiant smile, a sight for sore eyes.

"You didn't even give us a chance to confront the enemy, you took on all the strong opponents by yourself," he chided, his tone filled with a mix of concern and admiration. I opened my mouth to respond, but before I could utter a word, he silenced me with a passionate kiss. His lips were warm and inviting, a stark contrast to the cold, hard reality we lived in.

As we broke apart, I finally found my voice. "I couldn't just stand there and watch," I confessed, my eyes meeting his. "I had to protect kingdom, protect us."

Jace's smile softened, his eyes reflecting a warmth that made my heart flutter. "I understand, Carmilla," he said, reaching out to tuck a loose strand of hair behind my ear. "But you have to remember, we're in this together. You don't have to carry the burden alone."

I nodded, touched by his words. We sat in comfortable silence for a moment, just enjoying each other's company. "What's our next move?" I asked, breaking the silence.

Jace's eyes darkened, his playful demeanor replaced by a serious one. "We need to regroup, come up with a new plan. The enemy is stronger than we anticipated."

I nodded, my mind already racing with strategies and tactics. "We need to gather our allies, strengthen our defenses. We can't afford to be caught off guard again."

Jace nodded, his face serious. "I agree. We need to be prepared for anything."

Our conversation continued, bouncing back and forth as we brainstormed and strategized. Despite the seriousness of our situation, I couldn't help but feel a sense of comfort. With Jace by my side, I felt invincible, ready to take on whatever came our way.

As I looked into his eyes, I saw the same determination reflected back at me. We were in this together, and nothing was going to tear us apart. Not even the most formidable enemy.

The room was filled with a renewed sense of hope and determination. We were ready to face whatever came our way. As long as we had each other, we knew we could overcome anything.

The day wore on, but our spirits remained high. We were ready for whatever came our way. And as I looked at Jace, I knew that no matter what happened, we would face it together. And that was the most comforting thought of all.
