The Aurors quietly sneaked to the front door, making sure to check for any hidden charms that would alert the houseowner or booby traps to avoid intruders. The lead Auror used some hand signals to sign to the team and Arthur to he was going to use Bombarda to blast open the door and they will all go into the house and if there were anyone guarding the house, they should take them out as best as they can, preferably by using stunning charms or curses that would not hurt the guards a lot.

Then, as they planned, he blasted open the door and they ventured inside, being alert the entire time and not allowing a moment of vulnerability, wands at the ready for attacking. They heard a muffled cry and hurried to the living room. They saw a man curdled up on the floor, whimpering in pain, laying in a pool of his own blood.

The lead Auror carried Severus out of the room while the team surrounded them, as they carefully made their way back out. They apperated quickly to St. Mungo's and called for help. The healers immediately took a look at Severus and rushed him to a bed to see what damage had been done. The healers talked to Arthur and the Aurors, apparently he had broken his femur and was bleeding severely, his arm fractured three ways and several other bones, they ran some tests on him and whispered among one another. Harry couldn't bear it anymore and took off the Cloak.

'Harry! What in Merlin's name are you doing here?' Arthur asked, surprised, shocked and worried.

'I'm sorry Mr. Weasley. I was scared for Dad and I followed you guys to save him. I am tired of being left out because I'm a kid.'

'Wait, wait, wait. You're telling me that you apperated to an immensely dangerous place, possibly with criminals around.'

'Yeah, shouldn't have done that. Is he going to be okay?'

'We are going to continue this conversion later, young man. The healers are not sure, he is in unstable condition but there is a 70 percent chance he will survive this. He might have a few disabilities though. I'm sorry, Harry.'

Harry began sobbing, 'I don't want another person that loves me dying again.' he hiccupped, 'Who would do this?'

'Do you truly want to know?'

'Mhm. Who did this?'

'Back when I was in Hogwarts, there was a Slytherin pureblood named Aaron Burke. He came from a good family, had good grades and was Quidditch captain. He was rumored to have been invited to join the Death Eaters because he was part of the Sacred 28, he refused, unwilling to partake in the crimes that they were doing. Eventually, he settled down, had a family, a son, daughter and a loving wife, Mary. One day, some Death Eaters got into their house and brutally slaughtered everyone except Aaron. He was devastated and vowed to take revenge on the people that did this to them. I think the article about Severus was the straw that broke the camel's back as the muggles would say.'

'That story was -- depressing, to say the least.' he sniffled.

'Yes, now that you know. Tell me how you followed us.'

'Of course, I used this Invisibility Cloak.' he held it up, 'I clung onto your robe when you apperated and you know what happened next. It was pretty easy to be honest.'

'Do you know how much danger you put yourself in?! You could have gotten splinched!' he exclaimed. Everyone in the hospital stared at him. 'Sorry.' he blushed a bit.

'Kid, what would your dad say if he knew you did this?' the lead Auror, Benjamin Alden aka Ben, who had been listening into Harry and Arthur's conversation said.

'He would be so mad. Like,' he tried to imitate Severus, 'Harry. How. Dare. You.' and chuckled.

Ben snorted, 'So next time we plan on putting your life at risk, think about how angry Severus would be and maybe that would scare you out of doing reckless things.'
