Today is the day of my performance which is about to start in a few minutes The awards have already been distributed And right now our principal is here giving a speech

A chair and my guitar is already set on the stage In five minutes I'll be there at the auditorium stage with students and staff from not only my university but other other universities and colleges too watching me
Principal is done with the speech as the curtains close I go and take my seat with the microphone adjusted to my hight and my guitar in my arms
"Now let's end this very special event with a beautiful melody and for that I would like to call one of the most talented singer and the leader of our university's music club, Jennie Kim" Namjoon announced as the curtains slowly start to open

After receiving the award here I was sitting in the audience The announcement for Jennie's performance was made
The curtain opened and there she is sitting beautifully like an angel straight from heaven
She looked at the audience Her eyes traveling around
But when her eyes found mine she stopped looking at others She closed her eyes for a second When she opens them Her eyes are locked with mine And she doesn't break the eye contact and neither do I
The music beings to play
"I wanna be your vacuum cleaner Breathing in your dust I wanna be your Ford Cortina I will never rust" she started singing Her eyes never leaving me while her hands were busy playing the guitar strings
"If you like your coffee hot Let me be your coffee pot You call the shots, babe I just wanna be yours" she doesn't at all seem nervous while singing She looks like this is what she is made for For the stage For performing

"Wanna be yours Wanna be yours Wanna be yours" wanna be yours three words that mean alot I wish you knew Jennie how much I wanna be yours
"Let me be your leccy meter And I'll never run out Let me be the portable heater That you'll get cold without" For some reason this was....this was making me emotional Making me want to cry and run upto Jennie to hold her in my arms at the same time
"I wanna be your setting lotion Hold your hair in deep devotion At least as deep as the Pacific Ocean Now I wanna be yours" Her eyes looking deep in mine None of us broke the eye contact
"Secrets I have held in my heart Are harder to hide than I thought Maybe I just wanna be yours I wanna be yours, I wanna be yours" Seems like I an not the only person getting emotional As I can notice Jennie's eyes which are getting slightly tears But being professional she wipes them away effortlessly

"I just wanna be yours; wanna be yours I just wanna be yours; wanna be yours I just wanna be yours;wanna be yours" while she was singing the last part I couldn't control my emotions So I stood up and walked out of the auditorium When she ended her performance I could hear the loud cheers and applause that the viewers gave her with a standing ovation

As the song was about to over I saw Taehyung get up and walk out of the auditorium Did he not like it ? Was I making him uncomfortable ?
I thank the audience by bowing and then go to the backstage I use the backstage exit to leave the auditorium
The corridors were empty Probably because all the students were in the auditorium
I was running and looking for Taehyung After running around for a while I spotted him in one of the corridors, he about to exit the university
"Taehyung" I shout to get his attention He stops at the spot But doesn't turn to look at me
I run to him even faster and hug his back while burying my face in back of his hoodie My tears soaking his clothes
He turns around and takes me in his embrace by wrapping his arms around me I can notice some tears on his face
We stay like that for two minutes Then I move back and hold both his hands
Looking in his eyes I say "Taehyung, I wanna be yours"
"I don't deserve you, you deserve someone way better than me Jenniya Who knows how to treat you well" he said shaking his head
But I didn't let go of his hand "Wanna be yours" this was all I could say
"I made you cry"

"I didn't trust you"

"Because of me you had to deal with all those rumors alone"

"I was the reason you had to suffer so much"

I was waiting for his reply
But he closes the gap between us His lips land on mine Our lips moving in sync with each other After a minute he pulls back Both of us breathing heavily
He held my face with both his hands Making me look at him in the eye
"Jen, I might not be perfect But I promise to always protect you And to make sure you always have a smile on you face and if you ever cry those tears are going to be happy tears I love you Jennie And I always will I am yours"
And with that our lips were locked again Forever ♡
