"I SAID NO I AM NOT GOING TO THE DANCE!!!"
"Aww, c'mon Kacchan, it would be fun!" Midoriya said and pouted a bit. "I want to go to the dance!"
"Then go yourself! I ain't interested!"
Midoriya looked like he was about to cry. "You don't want to go with me?"
*Doki* "You..." Kacchan started but with that sad puppy look the greenette was giving him it was overriding his angry demeanor and guilt crawled in like tar, not letting go. Plus, in his head, he was also thinking that Deku looked cute. "...Dammit, alright, I'll go! Just don't expect me to dance!" He relented, though he knew in his head that the nerd would try.
Midoriya smiled. "'Kay!" And he turned around and went to his room 2 floors up. Bakugou stared at him in shock. How the hell did he master that look? I bet Dragon Bitch is in on it. He then jolted as he realized something. He did not have an outfit for the damn dance!
Clicking his tongue in annoyance, he left the hall and went to the girl's side of the dorms. If I need an outfit for this shitty dance then I have no choice. Bakugou then reached a door with Cortez Room written on it and knocked on the door.
What the hell am I doing? Bakugou thought again, shaking in irritation. This is stupid, I am not going. Deku will have to deal wi-.
The door opened and a pair of green eyes stared back at him with some confusion. "Hey, Pommy, what's up?"
"Tch...Deku asked me to the dance this weekend." Bakugou said quietly, with a slight blush on his face. "I don't know how he suckered me...were you the one who taught him the puppy-dog look?"
Cortez giggled and opened her door to let him in. She knew there was more that he wasn't saying yet. "Actually, no. He is a pro at that, even he gets me at times." She and Bakugou then sat at the coffee table and she poured him some chamomile tea. "Let me guess, you had said yes as he guilt tripped you."
Bakugou shivered. He is still unnerved that she is very observant, but he is also grateful that she does not blab like Acid Girl.
Cortez smiled. "So what brought you here to my dorm? Something tells me there is more to this than just asking about Bunny's Look."
"...Seriously, your perception is downright creepy." Cortez just smiled at the compliment as she drank her lavender tea. "Yeah, he asked me to the dance but I don't have an outfit nor do I have the allowance to purchase an outfit." He said, looking down at his tea. "I would ask Ponytail, but I...you know how shitty I am at asking extras."
The girl snorted. "Well, I can see that. You always have the tsundere attitude." She said and he gave her a look of anger. "What? It's the truth."
"..."
"Either way, you want to see if I can help you with an outfit for the dance? Do you know what Bunny is going to wear?"
"No, but he does like green that I know." Bakugou said in thought. "However, he might do something a little weird. He may seem innocent, but he does have a twisted side."
"So you noticed that too huh? Makes sense as you are his childhood friend." Cortez chuckled then gave a feigned thought with a slight smirk. "Or should I now say, boyfriend?"
Bakugou accidentally released an explosion and broke the cup he was holding as Cortez looked at him turning a very angry shade of red. She laughed at the Pomeranian's shocked and embarrassed look.
"I-how..?"
"Relax, I won't tell a soul until you're both ready. Trust me, it was very hard to keep Mina out of your line of sight." Cortez growled and she had a small tick mark on the side of her head. "Plus, I smelled you from behind my door a few weeks ago when I had a small sleepover with Bunny and Tsu."
