Chapter 9

Nyrrea

It took us two and halve days to arrive in Loxe grounds. We were not at the kingdom yet. We settled down far enough so they want expect anything. I was walking around. If I was needed. And to see if everybody was ready. Then I spotted lioso. I haven't seen him for what feel like forever. He was talking with some of the other men. "lioso!"  he turned around and when he saw me he runned to me and hugged me spinning me in the air. He then stepped back to see me."I don't even recognise you. Nyra. You look-".

"badass? I know" we both laughed. Even Thow I was the queen of our entire world- What I still don't believe my self- he was still my best friend. "taking the words out my mound. You finally have an raxi huh?''.

" yeah I do. she already talked to me". I say excited. "really? for most it takes at least a week maybe more for that to happened". " well im not like most people am i?". " you never were". He was proud of me. I could see it true his eyes. " I really want to talk to you but I have to go". " yes go. Do queen things". I gave him a hug before I walked away. I sent a little group to go and find out if everything was still alright for the plan. and they had returned. I walked to them. " and?". I spoke to one of the men who was in front. I think his name was Aiden. I don't know for sure though.

" Everything looked good. we cant still go true with the plan". Good. we don't have time to think of something new. One way or another I am going to see my brother tonight. The men stepped down from the horses. Xavier walked over to me. looking as good as ever." Hey princess,  how are we doing with the plan?"

"I am not a princess anymore".

"I know. but your still a princess true my eyes". And the butterfly's returned. I decided not to tell him he can't call me that. Every time I told him. he still called me princess. " the men say everything is good to go true with the plan". he nodded. "good". I nodded back and walked away. Meave insisted she came along. Even though I told her no. she didn't expect it. I told aza to stay with her. That girl cant even hold a sword. So I gave her one of my knives. "you can still go back if you want meave". "no. if the plan doesn't work. I can be the only one to help you". "the plan will work meave, don't worry". She gave me a reassuring smile. Now we just have to wait till dark.

It din't took long to turn dark. Since it was almost winter. "everyone". I yelled over all the men an women. I got their attention. "I know some of you are scarred. Don't be. Everything is going to be fine. Why? Because we have something they don't. raxi". everybody yelled and look at their raxi. we went on foot  true the woods.

It was dark so I couldn't see were I stepped excatlu. Xavier and I were in the front. Leading an entire army together. And I could not stop to think about that. Him and I leading together. " good speech you gave there". Xavier was looking around him to see if there were men. But he looked at me when he said that." Thank u". he stared at me one second before he looked around him again. I don't now how I feel about him. the one moment I hait him. the other... I don't now what. but now is not the time to think about that.

I have dreamed about this day for weeks. I can't wait to get my brother back and just hug him. we were so close to the border of the kingdom. The group he is going to set a fire on the other side is almost there. The kingdom was surrounded by trees. and the only way to go true the gates was if you were plain in their sight.

The trees made a pad. On the side were trees and in the middle was just grass. We have to wait intill we see fire before going on. We were al waiting between the tress. Out of sight for the enemy. But when you look up you can see the night sky true the trees perfectly. Aza was still besides me. just like she saad she would. i did wonder why she choose me. and why not earlier like everyone else. But I know I have her know. so I doesn't matter anymore.

I looked up in the darkness of the night and the light of the full moon. I saw a face. One eye was light and the other was dark. It was...  the goddess deva. She was coming for them all. Xavier saw we staring." Whats wrong?". He looked at where I was looking."is that-". "yes it is. It is Deva. she is with us". I said reassured. If she was on our side tonight. We are going to win. I saw light flickering in the corned of my eye." The fire. It has started". Xavier told me. exactly my thoughts. " now we just have to wait for the bells and the men-". The bells rang. " lets go".

Xavier crabbed my arm and led me to place meave told me about. Where xavier grabbed me felt like it was on fire. His touch. Some men were breaking the wood and got me of my head. they broke the entire wall. " alright. We go true this wall and straight to the palace understand." Eyerbody staied silent. But nodded their head. xavier and I were the first to go true the walls.

"where is your raxi?". I wisperd to xavier. While paying attention to my surroundings."he would be... lets say noticebal.". what? " oke?". I had no idea what he meant but I will ask him later. The plan was going excalty like meave told us it will. True that wooden wall.  All way the way forward, and you will reach the kingdom.

We walked so quite you could hear a pin drope. On the other side of the kingdom everybody was to busy putting that fire out that they dind't notice us. I looked behind me an saq my entire army. Wow. I am leading all these people. "stop". Xavier was stand against a corner looking if there werse standing people. He sighted." The girl didn't told us everything". He looked mad. No not mad. Furious."what do you mean". And I was talking to a wall. Great.

He was stroming off to gods now what. I looked around the corner to see what he meant. According to that girl- meave- the place would be here. And we only should take out a couple of guards. And I looked around the corners to see more than a couple of guards. Their was an entire army before that fucking palace. Fuck. I stormed of just like xavier. I search for meave. We cant go true there. It would be a bloodbad.

The army stood still wating for my order. Xavier had the same plan as me. since had was chocking meave against a wall. Shit. He a chocking meave. I runned to him. "what the hell are you doing?". Xavier turned his head to me. those browns eyes were steaming with anger. Why is he so mad? I mean I get why. This isn't going according to plan.But still. It is not like she killed anyone." Stop chocking her and tell me why your so damn mad.". he dindn't stop chocking and I swear meaves head almost turned purple." That is an order!". He hesitated but he let go." Why I am so mad? That girl dind't told us the truet and now we are fucked".

" we are not fucked. We just have to come up with a different plan oke". I was turning mad now to. meave did lie to us. and xavier just annoys the shit out of me now. I turned my focess on meave. I looked at her with pure anger." You. Lied.to.me". she was breathing heavy because xavier chocked her. But the look in her was scared. Just the same look when I took her from this place." I didn't. I promises nyrrea". This girl. I laughed from anger."you promise?just like you promised me that there were going to be a couple guards. Not an entire fucking army!".

I don't care who hears me. the moment we step back of forward were are getting gaught."I don't now why there are so many quards there, I swear". Aza stepped infront of meave. What the hell? "she isn't lying". Fuck."how do you know". I got an strange look from xavier. "i am talking to aza". Now I got an even more stranger look." I just know. if you don't believe her, believe me".  "fine, she isn't lying". Meave was reliefed and xavier was furious. "what do you mean talking to aza? You can talk to her?". I don't have time for this fuckings telling eachother things. There is an army not far away from us who can kill us in fucking seconds. "yes I do.  now shut up unless you have a plan". he calmed down.

" how? Only some people can. And that takes al lot of practise. Practise you dindn't have".

"tell him he needs to saty out of things that isn't about him or I will eat him alive". Damn. I didn't expact that from aza. " aza says you need to stay out of thing that isn't about you or she will eat you alive". Xavier looked at aza and raised his hands in the air. I really did not expact that from her. She look innocent and everything. Guess there is a beast under that cutness." Now, does anybody have a plan?".
