"Zuko wake up, I'll get the kids. "

Zuko slowly blinked himself awake. 5 years had past since Sokka and Zuko were reunited after Sokka was taken and since then they've raised 3 beautiful children.

A lot has changed, Katara and Aang are now dating, Azula married Ty Lee and Sokka was now chief of the southern water tribe.

Today it was their daughter Izumis 4th birthday and they planned to bring her to the Fire nation.

Zuko yawned and got out of bed, he quickly got dressed before heading into the kitchen. Sokka cooked the family breakfast every day now since Hakoda left.

Tonraq and Izumi already started digging into their food but unaloq barely touches his.

"What's wrong Una?" Zuko asked concerned.
"Do we have to go to the fire nation.. its a pretty long trip and I get sea sick."

"You'll be fine. Don't you want to meet your aunt?"
"Not really, from what dad described she's crazy."
Zuko chuckled.

"After breakfast go get dressed and packed we need to leave early" Sokka said. Everybody finished eating and left to get everything ready to leave.

"I haven't seen Azula since her wedding" Zuko said nervously.
"Everything will be fine, we've got to hurry if we want to make it there when expected. You know how Azula is with punctuality"

All their luggage was on the boat. The entire family waved goodbye to their friends. Toph actually asked to go with them but Sokka told her that the whole gaang will go together another day.

Zuko walked into the familiar room.
"Goddess I can't believe it's already been 5 years already" Zuko said looking over his shoulder at his lover.
"Me too, being with you makes the time fly by" Sokka smiled.

They had arrived at the fire nation and of course Izumi had to lead the way off the boat. The family were greated by Azula and Ty Lee along with fire nation guards. It all seemed too familiar, like Zuko was back where he had started.

Izumi ran over to Ty Lee and gave her a big hug. The first time they've met was last year when Azula and Ty Lee got married. Nothing had changed about the pair, Ty Lee was still as energetic as ever and Azula still had her resting smug face.

"Hello Zuzu. I haven't seen you in ages! You didn't even write me any letters." Azula whined.
"Hello Azula." Zuko said walking over to his sister.

"I got us a reversation at jasmin dragon. For a tea shop it was really hard to get a table. But seemly it has the best tea in the whole fire nation and I remember how much you like tea."

"Thats very thoughtful of you Azula. Shall we get going?" Zuko asked looking at the 2 carriages infront of him with 4 mongoose lizards infront.

Azula smiled and got into a carriage with Ty Lee, Izumi and Unaloq.

"Auntie Azula isn't anything like what you described daddy" Tonraq said.
"You haven't been with her as long as I have" Zuko chuckled.

When they arrived to the fire nation royal Palace. The children were put into guest rooms and of course Sokka and Zuko would stay in Zukos old room.

Sokka looked around Zukos room. There wasn't much in it, his bed took up most of the room. There was a bookcase though filled with a couple of books but mostly trinkets.

"I didn't know you read" Sokka said picking up a book.
"My mom used to read to me to help me sleep."
"Really? Do you think you can read to me from now on?" Sokka laughed leaving Zuko smiling.

"LETS GO WE NEED TO BE AT THE JASMINE DRAGON IN 15 MINUTES" Azula screamed.

"Sorry I don't see your name on my list.."
"What do you mean, I came in yesterday!"
"Im sorry I can't let you in if I can't see your name in the list"
"I am your firelord! You will seat me immediately."

"Ruon - Jian, give them a table." A familiar voice said.
"Uncle!" Zuko called.
"Hello nephew."

Azula scoffed. "Of course"
Iroh rolled his eyes.
"Let me find you a table."

The tea shop was pretty big, there were plenty of tables but nearly all were full. Iroh pushed two tables together so the whole family could sit together.

"I opened this tea shop just after I returned back to the fire nation after Zukos wedding" Iroh explained.
"Buisness has been pretty good"
"Pretty good? It's packed in here" Izumi said. Iroh chuckled.

"Who's this?"
"This is Izumi, she's the reason we're visiting. She said she wanted to see Aunt Ty Lee again." Zuko explained. "And this is Unaloq and Tonraq."

Irohs eyes started to tear up.
"Uncle? Why are you crying?"
"My nephews all grown up now.. My old heart can't take it."
Azula rolled her eyes.

"Atleast your not being overdramatic. I'm also expecting a child but noones crying over that."

"Ok I've decided what I wanted! I would like to get the jasmine tea."
"Good choice, that's my favourite" Iroh said.

Everybody drank their tea. Sokka shared the story about how he was kidnapped in the southern water tribe for hours. The children fell asleep as they've heard this story too many times. When it was almost night they all decided to head back to the palace.

"Uncle why don't you come to the palace with us?" Zuko asked ignoring Azula groaning in annoyance.
"I have my own home, I will visit you in the southern water tribe nephew. Write to me, please"
Zuko nodded and waved goodbye to iroh.

"I'm exhausted. Who knew drinking tea would be that tiring. I had like 4 cups!" Sokka said flopping onto the bed. Zuko laughed and flopped beside him.
"The kids seem to be enjoying themselves." Zuko smiled. "They're probally already asleep."

Sokka smirked and leaned in for a kiss which Zuko happily gave into.
"I love you Zuko" Sokka said breaking the kiss and cupping Zukos face.
"I love you too silly" Zuko laughed.
