"Eraserhead, I urge you to have U.A release the perpetrator into our care." Yokumiru Mera urged.
The Vice President of the Hero Public Safety Commission hadn't been pleased that the government had allowed the source of the industrial fire to go free into the care of a hero school. His video call to Aizawa had been just as unexpected as it was unwelcome.
"Sir, I already told you that the decision made was final," Aizawa said, rubbing the bridge of his nose. "It was a unanimous choice on our end and we have already scheduled the kid into our program."
Yokumiru frowned. "But is that really the safest decision? This child is a hazard. Are you aware of the 23 counts of arson preceding his capture?"
"Fire Quirks are a dime a dozen," Aizawa countered. "You can't go pinning whatever unsolved cases onto this kid because it's convenient."
"Fire Quirks hot enough to incinerate and produce blue fire are not your average ability," The man said. "Unless you're suggesting that there is some villain running around with a completely identical Quirk."
Aizawas eye twitched, "Look, I'm not here to help clean up whatever messes some pyromaniac left behind, I'm just making sure this kid is getting the help they need. L/N's alibi is absolutely airtight leading up to the incident, he's not your arsonist."
Yokumiru scowled, "You can't be sure of that."
"Neither can you," Aizawa said. "Now, It's been a pleasure meeting with you but I have a fire Quirk training program to organize. Goodbye." The Vice President opened his mouth to protest, but Aizawa clicked the 'end call' button before he could.
"HPSC bastards......" he grumbled, upping up his bright yellow sleeping bag and leaning back in his office chair. "If it was up to them they'd have a leash on every Quirk user in the city."

{After sorting out the specifics of you attending U.A, some ground rules were set. Firstly, you were required to wear suppressing devices at all times outside the school. Secondly, you would be residing at the Midoriya's outside school hours. Thirdly, you would be required to check in with Aizawa everyday to ensure the authorities you were attending training. Should you adhere to these requirements, the authorities would drop the charges against you for the industrial district fire.
Although these strict policies meant you had to quit your job at the Konbini and take leave from your metal band. Which sucked but was necessary.
Besides that, you honestly didn't mind the rules and regulations. The fact that you were able to go to U.A made everything else seem like a minuscule price to pay.}
"I don't see why you wouldn't just let me sleep on the couch," you grumbled as you and Izuku attempted to navigate your mattress into the side of his room, "This is so much more work!"
"If you're going to train a good rest is essential," he argued. "It's better for the body this way!"
"Isn't your Quirk super strength!? Why do I need to help with this!" You complained as you attempted to cram it into his bedroom. "Can't you punch it in or something!?"
"Not unless I want to break my arms again," He pointed out.
"So that happens everytime?" You clarified, a little shocked.
He nodded, "Pretty much. I haven't been able to control the output yet so using it is always risky."
"Damn, that sounds painful," you admitted. You squeezed the mattress through the doorway and hauled it up against the wall.
"Ah, yeah it's pretty agonizing," he admitted. "But it won't be like that forever. Also, You brought bedsheets right?"
You pointed to the box next to his desk, "Yeah in there next to my sewing box."
