4 year time jump. We see the influence Lyanna has gained in the Westerlands and with the Lannisters. Jaime gets a bit of a surprise watching Laynna and Tywin interact. I hope you guys like it. 🥰

I checked by the way, and rubies and sapphires can be found in the same mine.

4 years later.

"Lady Lannister." Lyanna marked the page she had been reading and closed the book. She looked at Corlos, who was standing by the library doors giving her a small smile. The older man had been Tywin's steward for years, the lord of the Rock trusted him implicitly. "There is a woman here asking to speak with you. She says is important."
Lyanna nodded standing up and placing the book on the window seat she had been using for the past hour. She had finished the household books and had decided to take a small break. For the past three years, Tywin had left the running of the Rock to Lyanna. She was in charge of the day-to-day running and she also made sure the books were in order. Tywin trusted her more than his own children, which she was sure Cersei did not appreciate.
"I will see her Corlos." Lyanna straightened her pink gown, making sure to look presentable before walking out of the library. She followed Corlos to the front hall, placed close to the main door. When she entered the room there was a woman waiting for her, she was a peasant, Lyanna could tell by the way she was dressed. The woman gave her a clumsy courtesy and looked between Lyanna and Corlos. "I will call you if I need you Corlos."
The man bowed before he walked out of the room, leaving her alone with the strange woman. Lyanna gave the woman a pleasant smile and gestured for her to take a seat, she sat across from her.
"I am Lady Lyanna Lannister. I was told you wished to speak with me."
"Yes, mi lady." The woman took a deep breath. "My name is Jeyne, I came from Oxcross looking for work. My husband passed away recently and things have not been well. I then lost my job since I had nowhere to leave my daughter."
"How old is your daughter?" Lyanna had met many women who had the same problems.
"She just turned eight mi lady." The woman was twisting her hands and Lyanna could tell how nervous she was. "I have heard of you and your work around Lannisport. I was wondering if you had a job for me?"
"What did you do before?"
"I was a maid for house Lefford." The woman blushed. "Just a cleaning maid."
"Of course." Laynna pushed a curl behind her ear. "We can always use more good workers, I will have Corlos take you to the main cleaning maid and have her put you to work. You can also bring your daughter with you. If you agree to it I could have your daughter train to be a lady's maid, that way she could have a better life."
"Thank you, mi lady." The woman took Lyanna's hands and bowed, the smile she gave Laynna broke her heart a bit. "I cannot thank you enough."
"It is not an issue." Lyanna tugged on the bell cord and a few seconds later the steward walked in. "Corlos, if you could please take Jeyne to see Mayra, I have given her work here at the Rock."
"Yes, my lady." Corlos bowed before walking out of the room taking Jeyne with him.
Lyanna had been working with the common folk of Lannisport and the villages around Casterly Rock. She had the orphanage in Lannisport rebuilt and hired more people to help care for the children. She also had a small teaching house built so people from the Westerlands could be educated. In the beginning, she thought she would have to work on convincing Tywin, but he did not put any resistance. He had been happy with her since sapphires and rubies had been found in the mine she had insisted they worked. Since then Lyanna has been allowed to run any business she was interested in. Tywin was interested in her council and would hear her advice. Which was why he had not loaned any more gold to the crown. The last loan had been four years ago and since then he refused to give Robert or Cersei any more gold.
Lyanna was walking back to the library when she heard footsteps behind her and heard Tyrion's laughing voice.
"Lyanna, there you are." Lyanna turned, smiling at Tyrion, and was shocked when she saw Jaime standing beside him. She was able to keep the smile on her face, she had last seen Jaime two years ago. "You look more beautiful every day."
"Thank you." Lyanna had hoped that Jaime would stay away. Every time she saw him all she could see was him and Cersei kissing and grinding against each other. "Lord Jaime, I did not know you would be returning today."
"I did not let anyone know." He looked at her a bit strangely. "Is my father here?"
"No, he traveled to the Golden Tooth, he had to check a few things." Lyanna smiled at both men. "He should be back by supper. Lord Jaime, if you excuse me, I will have your chambers readied."
Lyanna courtesied to both men before leaving them standing in the hall. She had last seen Jaime two years prior when he had returned for a few days. He had returned to beg his father to lend more gold to his sister. Tywin had refused, saying that it was not his problem if the king and queen did not know how to manage their money. Jaime had left two days later very upset that his father had refused to help. Then Tywin had become very upset when Jaime had not returned for Lyanna's sixteen-name day. Lyanna knew the reason Tywin was so upset, he had wanted Jaime to consummate their marriage. She had been happy he had not returned, she did not want to have to withstand her husband's attentions when he was still fucking his sister.
Now Jaime was back, she did not know why but she was hoping Tywin would not force them to consummate their marriage. Lyanna knew that Tywin was fond of her, but he was mostly interested in her womb. In Tywin's mind, Lyanna was the future of the Lannister legacy.
