"Aiden I love you."
"I know sweetheart."
Aiden Smith was trying to escape from a life full of danger and challenge, then Marco came along with an offer he couldn't resist.
Maria Sanchez is a classic good girl, no boyfriends, no parties, straight...
"Does this look good on me?" Lauren asked, stepping in front of me. She was wearing a dark green blouse tucked into a black skirt, her body looking flawless and the green matching her eyes perfectly.
"Evan will be going nuts."
"You sure?" Lauren smiled, looking at herself in her full-length mirror as she played around with the blouse, tucking it in a little more, a little less.
"Yes." I assured her, adjusting my position on her bed. I was currently laying on my stomach in a tight dress and heels, already ready for our double date despite it not being for another hour.
I took a glance at my phone as it buzzed, a message from Aiden popping up. As I opened the message, I couldn't help but turn red.

Me: Progress towards what 👀 also, YOURE STILL AT THE GYM???
Aiden ❤️: I took that when I was at the gym sweetheart, i'm getting ready for you ;)
Aiden ❤️ : Progress towards being able to lift up a car incase you ever happen to get stuck under one.
Me: You're crazy.
Aiden ❤️ : I'm crazy about you, be ready in an hour.
"Why so red?" Lauren teased, looking at me with a small smile. "Dirty talk before the date?"
"No." I turned even redder, flipping my phone around to show her Aiden's gym picture. "Look."
"Wow." Lauren said, eyes wide. "He's ripped, I wish Evan would do that."
"Send you pictures of him at the gym?" I asked, laughing slightly as Lauren flopped down next to me on the bed.
"Yes. Now come take pictures with me."
Lauren pulled me up from the bed, taking about a million pictures of us as well as pictures of us in the mirror. We held a mini photo shoot for about 20 minutes before laying back down on Lauren's bed, both excitedly trying to guess where our boyfriends were taking us.
Evan and Aiden had planned a double date for the four of us, simply telling us to dress nice and be ready by 7:00. But since it was a thursday night, they both promised to have us home before it got too late.
Right at 7:00 there was a knock on Lauren's front door, the two of us hurrying downstairs. A small feeling of panic began to form as I stood in front of the front door, the situation feeling oddly parallel to homecoming.
I was brought back to that night, the night Jackson tried to take advantage of me. The night that I couldn't seem to let go of.
But this was Aiden, this wasn't Jackson. And as Lauren opened the door, I saw Aiden in front of me, my panic seeming to disappear immediately.
