Hyein's POV:

I sat in the backseat the smell of fries and burgers overwhelming my senses. I sat taking in the mid-day cityscape as Minji drove me towards my home for the month. The city buildings soared into the sky, their modern facades reflecting the sunlight in a dazzling display. I was in awe of the city's grandeur, and my heart swelled with excitement as Minji drove me home.

Finally, Minji pulled up in front of a sleek, high-rise building that seemed to touch the clouds. It was a marvel of architecture, all glass and steel, and it left me breathless. As we stepped out of the car, Hanni and Minji effortlessly carried the bags of fast food with them, and I followed suit, my anticipation growing with each step.

Inside the lobby, Minji's nod to the receptionist was met with a respectful bow. It was clear that Hanni and Minji held a high status in this building, and I couldn't help but be intrigued by their world. The receptionist's deference emphasized the difference in their backgrounds, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I was stepping into a new world that would be entirely foreign to me. A world that was left unknown until now.

We made our way to the elevator, and Minji smoothly pulled out a key card with one hand. With a swipe, the elevator doors slid open, and we stepped inside. It was unlike any elevator I had ever seen—it went directly to Hanni and Minji's penthouse on the 78th floor with a scan of the key card.

As the elevator ascended, my excitement was now mixed with a touch of nervousness. The prospect of living in such a luxurious space with two of the highest-ranking socialites in the city was both thrilling and intimidating. I looked at Hanni and Minji, my heart grateful for this opportunity but also aware of the responsibilities that lay ahead.

The elevator dinged letting me know that we had reached our designated floor. The doors opened, revealing the breathtaking sight of their penthouse.

As Hanni and Minji busied themselves in the kitchen, setting up the table for our unconventional feast of fast food, I took the opportunity to explore the penthouse. The place was a testament to luxury and opulence, and every corner seemed to radiate the wealth and grandeur of Hanni and Minji's lifestyles.

The color scheme was dark and sophisticated, with black and gold accents that exuded an air of elegance. The rich hues of dark maple wood and warm lighting radiated a sense of opulence and grandeur that was unlike anything I had ever experienced. It was a stark contrast to the bland cream-white walls of the orphanage where I had spent so much of my life, and I couldn't help but be in awe of my new surroundings.

I left the dining area and began to explore the penthouse, my eyes wide with astonishment. Every room seemed like a work of art, and I felt like I was walking through a magazine spread. The living area was spacious and inviting, with plush furnishings, stunning art pieces that aesthetically adorned one side of a wall, and a massive television that dominated the other side of the wall. As I walked through the living room I looked outside through the expansive windows that offered a breathtaking view of the city buildings and central park that was located in front of the skyscraper. The kitchen was a chef's dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and gleaming marble countertops. It was clear that Hanni and Minji enjoyed the finer things in life. Every room seemed like a work of art, and I felt like I was walking through a magazine spread.
