She's breaking me down. Making me weak like her, and there's no stop to it.
I pull away from Haerin then she slowly open her eyes.
"Our parents called, tomorrow is a family get together," I inform her. "Should be interesting."
"Why do you say that?" She ask.
"Just feel like it," I lean in and peck her lips. She kiss me back and we both smile.
"That moment when you kiss someone and everything you imagine becomes hazy, and the only thing in focus is you and this person, and you realize that that person is the only person that you're suppose to kiss for the rest of your life. Fall away Lund"
"Let's make dinner," I suggest. It will be our first time making dinner together. "I'll teach you how my mom makes the pasta, then you'll know," I hold her hand and lead her downstairs.
We had a great dinner together, we shared stories and memories, we laughed until our stomach hurts. It was a great night. Haerin and I went to the workout room and jog of the treadmill together. She's in front and have full control of the speed. I'm behind and praying that she doesn't kill us both.
After our mini workout, I thought of showering together, but Haerin refuse. I let her go first before me. After I got done, I bid her goodnight before returning to my room.
I wake up around 9:30am. I'm still tired but the smell of breakfast wake up my senses. I get out of bed and went to the bathroom. I wash my face, brush my teeth, comb my hair, before going downstairs.
I didn't make a sound when entering the kitchen. I just went behind Haerin and embrace her. She jumps before giggling.
"You scared me," she said after her giggles.
"My bad," I kiss her cheek then look at what she's doing. "Omelette and avocado toasts? What could go wrong?"
"Go sit down," she told me, but I linger a while before doing so. After that my phone ring.
"Yes mom?" I answer.
"When will you and Haerin come over?" She ask.
"We just woke up and now having breakfast. We'll come shortly after 10."
"Alright then, hurry up."
Haerin set my plate in front of me and I thank her. We ate breakfast together and then after that, we prepare ourselves. After I finish dressing myself up, I went into Haerin's room. She wasn't wearing anything but her undergarments. My mouth slightly open.
"Dani," she hisses and covers herself. As if I haven't seen you naked!
"I thought you were ready, but let's have a bit of fun before we go," I take a few steps towards her but she stops me.
"No. Later, we will," she blurts out. I went to sit on the bed as she went to her closet to find something to wear. She pull out a navy blue sundress decorated by little sunflowers.
"Wow," I said.
"What?" She looks at me.
"Hurry up!" I holler before laying on the bed laughing. She roll her eyes and slip the dress on. Just imagine after we get home. I can not wait.
We took my car out to drive to my parent's house. I park outside and we get out. The maid came outside and let us into the house. She said everyone is in the back, so we go there.
The little kids are also outside playing with each other, or on the trampoline. My family and her parents are sitting in the shades and my sisters in law are barbecuing.
"Haerin! Dani!" Our parents call when they see us. We went to them and give hugs and greet them before pulling a seat for Haerin to sit. I went ahead to get pink lemonade for us then head back. I hand Haerin a glass then sit down. Haerin drink the lemonade as my mom speak.
"So are you pregnant yet?" Haerin cough and I look at my mom.
"No, she's not," I answer while helping Haerin. "You okay?" I hand Haerin a napkin. She nod and laughs a little.
"I don't think I am," she answer.
"Well how many times have you two done it?" Her mom ask. What kind of questions are these?!
"One," Haerin blush.
"Let's not talk about this," I said.
"I want grand-kids already, Dani," Her mother told me. I zip my lips and drink my lemonade.
Our parents carry on to another conversation then Haerin and I excuse ourselves. We went to join my sister and sister in law, which they are barbecuing.
"Hi Dani and Haerin," said Yunjin and Chaewon Dani's sister and sister inlaw
"Hey," Haerin and I both said.
"What are you barbequing?" I ask.
"Can't you see?" Yunjin roll her eyes. Haerin chuckles and my sister inlaw Chaewon. Ryujin get my attention.
"Dani, come here."
"I'm going to them," I tell Haerin then leave her.
Ryujin offer me a beer bottle and I accept it.
"Hi Yeji," I said to my 2nd sister in law.
"Sup," she greets back.
"I have a friend that wants to buy your company," Ryujin announce.
I take a drink of the bottle then ask who.
"His name is Suga. He said he'll buy it for 250 billion."
"Ouu, but Mr. Jimin offered me 100 billion," I take another drink then ryuji, my little nephew, comes to me and I set him on my lap.
"100 Billion?! Don't tell me you didn't take it," Yeji said with surprised.
"I didn't," I shake my head. "I don't like him or his dirty money. My business is like my baby. I'm going to take care of it for as long as I can."
"But would you sell it if Suga give you an offer."
"Perhaps," ryuji slide off my lap and run to play with the other kids. "How's the family business?"
"We've been having tremendous growth. Our competitors have no chance of catching up," I nod my head and congratulate.
"Maybe after I sell my business, I'll come back to the family."
"Or you could just retire with how much you've sold your business for."
"I love work. It keeps me busy."
"So Haerin hasn't change you."
"Oh, she have."
"Let's hope so," Yeji and Ryujin looks at each other with smirk on their face.
