Chapter 14 -Worry not

"Huhhh, that was certainly the weirdest dream I have ever experienced" Dominic said before shaking it off and getting ready for the day. Meanwhile at Heartland Georgie watched the sun as it lifted itself above the horizon. Thud, thud was all georgie heard until think it was the mind she didn't move until she heard it again, "Hey sweetie are you up" Lou asked knocking one final time. "Yeah I'm up" Georgie responded before having one final gaze at the sun. "Good because your breakfast is ready downstairs and we have a lot of work to do today to sort out the barn and the horses." Lou said before marching back down stairs. Getting her clothes on georgie joined Lou and Peter in the kitchen. "So what are we going to do about the barn" Georgie asked. "I'm not sure Grandpa said he had a idea but he's still in the hospital with amy and refuses to come home until she does despite the fact that he needs sleep" Lou sighed as she sat down at the table. 

While they were having dinner Dominic got dressed and went to the kitchen to have his. Upon entering the kitchen he found his entire family and abbie there waiting for him. "Seriously you told them all" Dominic laughed. "Yep couldn't keep in, I did try" Skye said in response with a huge smile. "I can't believe your gonna be proposing before I do bro like that is seriously worrying" Lloyd smiled as he gave him a thumbs up. "Son you have come along way since we first came here i'm extremely happy to say that i am proud of you" Stuart said holding back a single tear in his eye, "Thanks Dad it means alot to me but are you all willing to help me with this " everyone nodded. "Can Jane help as well" Lloyd asked raising unnecessary tension. "Of course she can brother she's family now and Abbie I want your help help too" Dominic replied before deciding to go out and get breakfast at Maggie's instead. "Wonder what wedding theme they will have" Hayley question herself out loud. "That's a good point mom i bet it will be like a royal wedding theme because of Doms fame" Skye said. They all looked to ceiling and smiled as each of them imagined what the wedding will be like. 

Dominic arrived at Maggies and walked in and ordering the ranchman special, a couple of minutes later his food was placed in front of him and he began to eat. Midway through his dinner Ty tapped him on his back. "How you doing Dom, people have been asking questions about you since the fire." Ty said before ordering himself a cup of coffee. "Oh i'm okay, how's Amy doing."Dominic asked wanting to know if there had been any severe injuries. "She has made a good recovery nothing too serious they want her to stay in hospital for the night then she can go home so that's a good thing however the barn at Heartland that is nowhere near being replaced they are just struggling to handle finances at the moment" Ty said as he was poured a cup of coffee. "Hey let me make a few calls I may be able to help out a bit with the barn. Dominic said. "Of course any help that any of us can give would be beneficial and might make Lou stop stressing. Anyway I've got to get going it was good catching up, see ya." Ty said as he drank his coffee and left. 

Dominic went back to continue his food when his phone began to ring in his pocket. "Hello, Heart here." Dominic said. "Ahh Hello Mr Heart it's Mayor White here I am pleased to say that I have the budget required for Echo, Have you worked out judges and staff." Mayor Bethany white said. "That's good to hear, I haven't made any serious enquiries at the moment because i didn't think it was a good idea until the budget has been agreed upon." Dominic responded into his phone. "Of course your budget for now is six hundred and fifty million including wages. We have given you the location for this for free in the theater just outside Hudson I trust you can handle the staff and things from here." Bethany said. "Of course Madam Mayor we will be up and running by the first of december in two weeks" Dominic replied as the phone call ended. "Whew I better get to work otherwise i'm never pulling this off. Who do I contact first" Dominic questioned with curiosity. 

Gripping his phone in his hand. Dominic looked around before opening up the dial pad and calling his friend victoria justice. "Hey vic, any idea who would be perfect for a judge on my music show Echo" Dominic asked into the phone hoping for a serious answer. "Heart, trust your instincts you already know who you want to be a judge, someone we both know pretty well." Victoria said. "Oh Anna, that's a solid choice actually thanks" Dominic Heart said. as he hung up the phone and dialled another number. "Please still have this number". "Hello, who's calling" Anna Kendrick said. "Wow, you don't recognise my voice anymore, I'm hurt" Dominic said. "Heart, what do I owe the pleasure". "I have a proposition for you, I am hosting a talent show and I would like you to be my second in command judge if your willing" Dominic said. Silence fell on the phones for a split second. "Yeah awesome i'm in i'll help I will fly over to Canada closer to the time we will be making it which is when" Anna asked. "I want to be starting the first season on the first of December" Dominic responded before he hung up the phone and instantly got a text message from Anna.

"Hahaha thats one on to the other two" Dominic said as he got up and left the diner leaving his waitress a big tip. Driving up to the big department store Dom ordered some big wooden planks, floor boards and roofing to be delivered to heartland as he then went around knocking on doors recruiting a lot of people who then all got in their cars and drove to heartland. Lou, Jack and Georgie walked out of the house in shock at all the cars showing up as well as everything Dominic had ordered. Walking over their faces were in shock. "Someone told me you could use a hand" Dominic said as he met them halfway. Wrapping her arms around him Georgie kissed his cheek with a cute smile. "I've been worried about you" Georgie said. "I know but worry not, I will never leave you hanging" Dominic said as he gave her a romantic kiss. After saying his hellos to the family Dominic joined the other workers and before you knew it the barns outer shell was half way done.
