(20 minutes later)
Jack entered Maggies to get his regular cup of coffee before he went to do some herding with Tim when he noticed Dominic in the corner struggling with something. Being the helpful man he is Jack walked over and sat down. "Clearly something is on your mind" Jack said before sipping his coffee. "Hi Jack it's been some time how are things" Dominic replied trying to avoid the subject. "Things are fine with us since Amy's back at home and the barn is rebuilt but what i'm wondering about is what's going on with you?" Jack asked. "Okay I didn't think it was that obvious i'm struggling to put parts of the proposal together." Dominic blurted out. "Ahhh I see well i don't really know about you want to do but only if you want to fill me in then maybe I can solve your problem"Jack said. Dominic looked at Jack for a minute. "Okay me and Georgie are going to go for a horse trail ride up to the lake on the way there you along with my family and your family will hand her white roses and once we are there we will tie the horses up and then I will sing her a song and the propose to her." Dominic said as he looked down thinking Jack would not approve of this idea. "Wow you have clearly thought of this a lot so what exactly are you stuck on" Jack asked. "The song, I can't think of one" Dominic responded. "Well that's a simple fix come on i will help let's head over to your friend mills house we are going to need his help." Jack said as the two of them grabbed their things and left maggies.
Sitting in Jack's truck as the road just flew by Dominic smiled smelling the country air and part of him was very thankful for the friendships he had. "Okay were here" Jack said as he turned of the ignition and got out of his truck, "Okay I hope this works" Dominic said as he joined him walking up and knocking on the front door. "Heart, let me guess you need my help with something big" Mills said. Dominic looked at him with a smile. "You know to well oh and this is Jack Bartlett Georgie grandfather." Dominic replied. "Ahh Jack finally good to put a face to the name, So what do you need my help with" Mills said. "A proposal song, afraid Heart here is a bit stuck." Jack said sitting down along with Dominic. "Ahh okay no worries I got a tune I was just playing around with it could work for you" Mills said as he gripped his gripped his guitar and began to play.
Meanwhile over at Heartland Georgie was looking at the house that her and dominic found online. When Amy walked in and saw. "Wow wanting to move out that quickly" Amy said. "No it's not that. Me and Dom found it the other day I was just curious about it, I think it looks really nice" Georgie said. "Yeah but it cost alot and there is no where to put your horses because as much as we would love to keep them here it seems wrong to separate you and them." Amy said. "Yeah Dominic said that too he also said he would build a barn for them and us" Georgie said blushing. "Did he now" Amy smiled before she sat down next to her. "Georgie I need to talk to you about something serious can we put a pause on this for now." Amy asked. "Sure whats up" Georgie said closing the laptop. "it's great having you work with me helping client horses but have you thought about what you really want to do as a career." Amy asked. "Oh I...um.." Georgie stuttered not really knowing what to say. "Can't I just keep helping you" Georgie said getting a bit angry. "Of course but only if that's really what you want to do it's your choice after all I just want you to consider everything." Amy said. "Okay I'll think about it" Georgie responded.
Amy then opened up the laptop with a smile, "Okay so how big was this house" Amy asked quickly changing the subject. "Oh it was big and there was a lot of room in what I think would be the living room." You clearly thought a lot about this it must have really made a impression on you how did Dominic react to this house did he explore it with you." Amy asked as Lou walked into the kitchen. "House, what house" Lou questioned with a baffled look on her face. "It's just a house on the other side of hudson that we found that's all." Georgie said hoping to ease her mind unfortunately it got worse. "So when are you planning to move into this house and leave us." Lou asked trying to contain herself. "Woah relax Lou not until they are..." Amy said before lou quickly gave her a intense look. " Not for a long while" Georgie said completely focused on the images of the house. "Amy can I talk to you for a second" Lou said. They both went to her room and sat on the bed.
"Amy you almost told her about that he may propose" Lou whispered. "Sorry Lou i just got caught up in the moment I guess besides it's not like she knows his plan." Amy said. "Wait you know his plan, what is it tell me." Lou begged. "Uhh don't do that" Amy said avoiding eye contact. "Lou Honey i'm home" Peter said as he walked through the door clueless on where she was. "I'm in my room sweetie." Lou responded. Peter walked down the hallway and into the room seeing Lou with Amy. "Hi hon can you shut the door please." Lou said in a sweet tone. Shutting the door peter stood their slightly afraid of why his still in the room. "Amy here knows the proposal plan but won't tell me. "I'm not sure if Dominic wants a lot of people to know in case Georgie finds out sweetie" Peter said. "Wait you know too" Lou responded. Peter stood their speechless. "You know, Amy knows, Dad knows, most likely his entire family knows and I bet grandpa knows too why can't I know" Lou questioned getting slightly upset. "Okay we'll tell you" Amy said.
