Chapter 19-The fight and the slap

Meanwhile Lou was sitting in her room tearing up after she had heard the proposal plan. "Oh it's just so romantic especially the part when he tells her how beautiful she is." Lou cried. "Actually I believe he intends to sing her a romantic Ballad instead of speaking at least that is what he told me at Maggie's." Peter said with a smile on his face. "Aww that's even better and sweeter" Lou responded tearing up once more.

(Mills house) 

"Okay this is good it's coming along nicely. How ready do you feel to give it a go Heart." Mills asked. "I'm not sure it's the chorus i'm not confident on yet. the lyrics some things just go better together and always do doesn't seem like it fits the tune" Dominic said. "Okay do you have a suggestion on what would be better" Jack said as he was writing down the lyrics. "I do actually what if instead it was Some things just go better together and probably always will" Dominic replied. "I Love it let's give it a go" Mills said. "Okay let's do it" Jack agreed as he grabbed the spare guitar to help. Beat by beat Dominic sunk into the music feeling every word he sung like it was only his heart talking. Jack and Mills shared a look of shock as Dominic sang every word effortlessly and he was completely flawless in his delivery of every word. Once he finished Dominic looked to them with a huge smile. "That is the best song to express my feelings to her thank you so much for helping me out with this" Dominic smiled before taking a deep breath. 

"I should get going now, I was supposed to meet Tim about a hour ago" Jack said. "Yeah I should get going too i'm meeting a friend at Maggie's" Mills said. "Oh cool mind if I get a ride there that way i'm not holding Jack up from his work any longer." Dominic asked. "Yeah of course man no worries" Mills replied. The three left the house and went two seperate ways from one another. "So this friend your seeing it's a date right" Dominic asked. "Yes it is, I just didn't want to say that in front of Jack" Mills sighed. "thats cool, I get it you want some things to be private" Dominic responded with a smile. However while the two of them laughed and smiled on their journey to Maggie's Jack pulled over to the side of the road as he got a text from Tim. Jack laughed at the stupidly of Tims selfish and poorly written message. instead of trying to herd the cattle alone he texted Amy hoping she will be able to help him out a bit considering tim was too tired to do it today. 

(At Heartland) 

"I've got to go grandpa needs my help as dad is busy with something" Amy said opening the door and leaving the room and then the house. Peter sat there next to lou comforting her in a big hug as Georgie walked past noticing the tears. "What's going on is everything okay?" She asked wanting to know the truth. "Yes everything's fine lou was just crying over something happy but it's nothing you need to concern yourself about." Peter said as he gave her a hug before she walked away and back to the computer to gaze in wonder at the house. 

Meanwhile Dominic was hanging around by a suit store waiting for his tailor to come off his lunch break when Adam rolled up to the shop. "Well, well if it isn't Dominic Heart I heard you were back in town" Adam said as he straightened his cufflinks. "Adam" Dominic said trying to avoid talking to him at all. "I hope you haven't got any plans with Georgie because she is all mine" Adam stated in a snobby tone. Dominic ignored his snob comment however it got worse when Quinn arrived next hearing what Adam said. "I don't think so sport" she's going to pick me" between Adam and Quinn they had Dominic's undivided attention. "Yeah you see I have a lot of money now and a nice car so she will be completely in love with me because she knows I can buy her exactly what she wants" Quinn said with a smirk on his face. "What" Dominic replied. "No you see I am in charge of a animal sanctuary she will pick me because she loves to look after animals." Adam stated. "Sorry just got to ask this but have any of you actually spoken to her at all to see what she would like or if she's with anyone" Dominic asked trying to be friendly. "Shut up Heart" Both quinn and Adam said at the same time. "I'm just go" Dominic said unfortunately Adam and Quinn stopped him as punches started flying around from all three of them.

(10 minutes later)

The police arrived on scene placing the three of them under arrest for causing a public disturbance. "Great just what I need today, well it's not like it could get worse" Dominic sighed. "You three sit tight someone is coming down to get you out consider yourself lucky." The officer said. Time went by and the three of them couldn't even look at one another. eventually they made eye contact but were quickly distracted when Georgie walked in with anger on her face. "Ahh just great" Dominic said as he met Georgie's eyeline. walking outside the police station they all stood there as Georgie looked at them. I'm just disappointed, Georgie slapped Adam,Quinn and Dominic before she kissed Dominic on the cheek. "I love you, you idiot" Georgie then smiled at him before going to get into her car. Dominic smiled. "Love you too" Dominic shouted as she drove away. Adam and Quinn stood in disbelief at what they witnessed. "Oh right forgot to tell you me and Georgie are dating and i'm going to ask her to marry me" Dominic said as he walked away from them with a smile.
