Farooq sat with his head in his palms, his eyes were bloodshot from sleep deprivation and extreme long hours of crying.

They were at a local police station, to file a missing person's report but all the police told them was that she was an adult and she went missing just under 24 hours, they could only begin a search after 48 hours.

Farooq was dejected, he knew he might not set his eyes on her soon considering all what had happened the past months.

He hurried after her the previous night and called her back but she didn't replied and he angrily entered the house and greeted Lydia properly.

He had thought Faiza probably went to the park to clear her head, but he began to get worried when hours passed and she wasn't back.

She typically wouldn't stay out pass 9:30 pm night and he glanced at the clock that read 11:01 and he fidgeted with his fingers then he stood up suddenly and rushed out of the front door with the car keys in his hand.

Arwa was asleep when she heard the sound of a car engine, she stood up abruptly and rushed to the front door, "Where are you going?" She yelled.

"Faiza isn't back," he yelled back and zoomed out of the compound.

Arwa felt her heart burning with jealousy, she hissed loudly and cursed Faiza as she slammed the door shut and sat on the couch with her arms folded, "Why do I always have to be the second option? Why? Why can't he just let her be and she should just die and I should enjoy my husband for once?" She exclaimed as she whined and cried.

Farooq hit his head as he drove through the dark and quiet street mumbling to himself and blaming himself.

"I knew I should have followed her, I knew I should have," he hit the steering wheel as he pulled up at the park.

"She can't stay here till this time, Faiza isn't this way,"

He got into the car again and drove off as tears stained his face, "Oh Faiza, where are you? What would I do without you?" He cried as he drove and he continued to murmur.

"I should have known!" He yelled as he hit the brake and his car jacked, "She doesn't even dress that way? What is wrong with you Farooq?" He said frustrated as he hit the steering and yanked the car door open.

He began his search as he yelled her name and looked around for her with blurred vision.

After almost two hours of searching, he sat on the ground and began to cry, and beat himself up.

"I almost went after her, WHY DIDN'T I?" He yelled as he wondered how to get through to her.

He knew within himself that he wasn't going to set his eyes on her anytime soon and the thought alone was driving him crazy.

Right where he sat, contemplating about his life and mistakes, he raised up his tear-stained eyes due to the sounds he was hearing. And what he saw shook him.

It was the tallest creature he had ever seen his entire life, his feet were humongous and large, he was headless and he was approaching Farooq at a fast pace.

He tried to get up but he found himself rooter to his spot, he couldn't even move his finger, as if he was paralyzed.

He began to hear voices and his heart began to beat fast, he tried his hardest to move but he couldn't as the creature approached him and got closer and closer to him.

He tried to open his mouth to scream, but his mouth were glued shut, he couldn't do anything on his own, the only thing he knew he could do was watch what was happening.
