Caroline, Malik and Bonnie entered the dorm room carrying a tray of food.
"Okay. Time to wake up, sleepy head" announced Caroline, only to hear Elena's grumpy voice from under the covers.
"No. I'm not leaving this bed."
"Which is why we brought breakfast to you" chorused Bonnie and Malik, while Caroline pulled the blanket off of Elena.
"What's all this?" asked the doppelgänger once she sat up and noticed the tray of food and drinks present.
"This is your breakup breakfast!"
"My what?"
"Exactly as you heard" confirmed Malik with a smile and poured the girl a mimosa, while Bonnie decided to question her.
"So that's it? You're giving up?"
"As she should!" stated Caroline confidently. "He did say, and I quote, "I'm a bad person. I am bad for you. And I'm choosing to let you go." "
"You memorized my breakup?"
"Tell me you woulnd't be disappointed otherwise. Drink this." whispered Malik making Elena smile slightly and the girl accepted the glass fromt hew warlock. "Drink this."
Elena took a sip of thedrink, while the others sat on her bed with their own drinks. For a moment there was silence until Elena let out a sigh and looked up at her friends.
"I just have to face reality. When Damon makes up his mind about something, it's done."
"Yeah" agreed Caroline, and the moment Elena's phone began to ring on the dresser Caroline went to pick up the phone but noticed it was Stefan is calling. "It's Stefan."
"Tell him I don't feel like talking."
"She doesn't feel like talking" chorused Bonnie and Malik looking at Caroline, who answered the call and relayed the message.
"She doesn't feel like talking."
"Well, she's going to want to talk about this."
