Mr and Mrs Unromantic

* Siblings bond

Days went by without waiting for anyone. The level of understanding between Sreeja and Venkat grew everyday.

Still they never cease to have small cute fights daily. Subhi was in her own world talking day and night with her fiance.

Sreeja's office colleagues who are little close to her would tease her stating  she is  more happy than anyone in her family with subhi marriage.

" Madam is so happy that her sister in law would go abroad. No more disturbances for you and your husband. Full enjoyment dhan"

Though Sreeja denied it , deep in her heart she felt definitely that will bring change in Venkat.

Months  skipped by. Each and everything happening in their house was narrated without omitting commas to Vicky by Subhi. Venkat too became good friend of Vicky. Sreeja when needed would talk with him.

" Venkat , in the movie santhosh subramaniam, your sister could have played the role of elder sister for hero, living her life over the phone. She is the apt one"

Venkat who did not realize the meaning of it first, later understood her teasings and warned her.

Whenever Sreeja teases the siblings, he would tease her, when Sreeja talks with her brother, singing Pasamalarey song.

Nowadays it has become a healthy conversation for both to tease each other with their siblings.

Whatever is the case, still Sreeja warned Venkat to stay away little and give privacy for them. Though Venkat gave them privacy Sreeja felt him going overboard talking with Vicky and subhi together in call for long time.

Subhi too is someone who relies on her brother more than her father. When Vicky suggested her to try new things or anything related to her visa or study, she would always say would do it after consulting with Venkat.

This irritated  Vicky and brought small misunderstanding to them. Later it got subsided and Sreeja does not know how.  Nowadays, Venkat cut short his time with Subi and retire soon to his room as well.

Sometimes Sreeja felt if she and Venkat had their conversation and bonding like this before marriage they would not have faced problems like now.Thinking the same she asked Venkat.

"Venkat I feel like we are the only couples who would always fight. See Subhi and Vicky, they have strong bonding. They rarely have misunderstandings and fight. Even if they fight it gets settled easily. May be we are not made for each other."

"Loosu.. they are in initial stage of relationship. Everything seems good and tastes like honey for them now. Only after marriage you will see the difference"

"I don't think so. In this 1 year of phone conversation, If at all they had any such, it would have been sorted out easily. Vicky is totally whipped for your sister and he would do anything to pacify her and come down from his level"

"you don't know the mentality of boys.That's why you are talking like this. He seems to be more loving but he stands firmly on whatever decision he takes. Even if Subhi coaxes him he will not budge."

"whatever you say, he is definitely more romantic being an 80's kid. Not like you unromantic fellow"

"what ?? Are you calling me as unromantic?"

"yes, you only Unromantic Venkat" saying this Sreeja rushed to the other room before he could catch her.

Days skipped by. Two times, Subhi's marriage was fixed by paying advance to marriage hall but got stopped due to the visa issues for Vicky. Finally after everyone's persuasion and little threatening from Subhi's family, stating they would look for another groom, Vicky finally gave his date for marriage as his Visa issues were sorted out.
