Mei's POV

I was the one who shouted to wait, as everyone looked confused at my actions, especially my parents. But I have my reasons though.

I took the mic from my mum and spoke. "I understand. Punishment has to be but hear me out. We can't cut their tongues off because they attacked me."

"But their punishment isn't just cutting their tongue. It is different depending on their actions. Lila is the only one who..."

"But I don't want you to do so, Mum. They may have caused harm, but lawsuits and jail are enough to call a punishment for attacking me. As a princess and Marinette, I declare that I refuse to punish those who physically attacked me."

All of them sighted in relief.

"But my friends will choose what to do with them."

They froze again as I said that, and my parents smirked, knowing my intentions. I whistled, getting the guards to drag all of my former friends to the stage. A few more had to get Alya and Lila as they were too violent, while the rest weren't.

"Let me start with smaller ones. Rose, Mylene, Sabrina. You sided with Lila, even though she was involved with me getting beat up." They all put their heads down in shame. "Rose, you made it worse and injured Juleka's arm. That is considered harassment, and that is why I am letting Juleka choose what will be your punishment."

Juleka arrived, while wrapped with Shanique's arm for support. She seems distressed being here, either because of Rose or overall all of them. I walked up to her while giving the mic to Max.

"Are you ok, Juleka?"

"I-I have n-no idea w-what to do with them," I whispered to her the list of possible choices for that. They are too violent, but it's Plan C after all. She looked pale after all of this. "Shan. Can you help me choose that?"

"Of course, Jules. For trusting someone fake, give them a 'nice' haircut to disguise their personality like what Lila did to herself. I recommend a buzz cut. But for Rose, add nail marks as well to her arm." Shanique spoke before grabbing lightly Juleka and walking off to the side of the stage.

"Judge?" I looked at my parents as I spoke.

"Accept." They nodded as well, accepting this type of punishment.

"But now, or later?" Wayhem asked while getting elbowed by Zoe.

The guards did as they were told, while the parents followed after their children, sad. I can't blame them though since their kids messed up big time, but I feel bad for them, especially for Kim's and Ivan's parents, who will get a kick in their faces for what is planned.

"Kim, Ivan. You both attacked physically me. You decided to choose violence as your answer. And Kim, you also attacked your best friend brutally. And that is why Max will choose what will be your punishment."

"Thank you, Mei," Max spoke as he walked up beside me. "I have good options on what to choose..."

"Max, buddy, can we talk it out?"
