⚪ In Ancient Greece, students braided rosemary sprigs into their hair to improve memory before taking exams.

⚪ Rosemary oil was first extracted in the 14th century and was used to make Queen of Hungary water, a popular cosmetic of the time, and which supposedly cured the queen of paralysis.

⚪ Wise women wash with the herb to retain their youthful looks (rosemary is full of antioxidants that slow down the aging process). It also treats dry scalp and promotes hair growth.

⚪ Australians and New Zealanders wear rosemary on Anzac Day, their national day of remembrance, as a mark of respect for the servicepeople who never returned from war.
