It was a thundering night, and the group had been invited to a special dinner by a mysterious host. At first, they didn't want to go due to how sketchy it felt. However, Imogen made the point of going, since it would be rude to decline an invitation.
"I dunno, Imogen," Nick said. "This just doesn't feel right. I mean, we have no idea who invited us."
"What if they're plotting our demise!" Tao said in terror.
"Relax Tao," Elle put a comforting hand on Tao's shoulder. "I'm sure that's no the case."
"How do you know?!"
"A feeling, and a bit of intuition."
"I think we should go." Darcy agreed, standing by Imogen. "Plus, it could be fun."
"Darc, I know you like to be positive and all," Nick started. "But we don't know anything."
"So?"
"So, I think I agree with Tao. For once," Nick joked.
"Hey!" Tao pouted.
"Anyways, it's a bad idea."
"It was a bad idea, calling you up," Tara sung. "Was such a bad idea 'cause now I'm even more lost."
Everyone turned their heads to look at Tara. She immediately flushed of embarrassment and gave an awkward laugh.
"Moving on from Tara's lovely singing," Darcy winked at Tara. "I say we should get our fancy outfits on and go!"
"I agree," Elle stated as she stand nexts to Darcy and Imogen. "It wouldn't hurt to leave the house for an hour."
"Elle, this person could be a bloody murder for all we know!" Tao said as he flailed his arms around.
"Well, we don't until we see them, eh?"
Tao eventually gave in as he groaned and stood by his girlfriend, crossing his arms, stating, "This is such a terrible idea."
"Guys, I think Nick has a point." Tara chimed in. "It's not safe to go to some strangers house."
"Yeah, like," Nick pointed at the invitation. "None of us has ever heard of the adress provided. It could be a trap."
Charlie took the invitation out of Nick's hand and studied, walking away from the group. Everyone continued to aruge over whether or not they should go. Charlie's eyes suddenly went wide, realizing where the mansion was and who the host was.
