• OKRO SOUP
Ingredients:
Okro/Okra
Pumpkin leaf
Assorted beef and fish
Cray fish
Pepper
Ogiri Okpei
Seasoned cube
Onions
Salt
Palm oil
Preparation tips:
Wash and cut the Okro, wash the vegetable and grind or blend the other ingredients.
Preparation:
1. Cook your assorted beef and fish as usual, the stock is important. Add your ingredients, Pepper, Onions, Seasoning Cubes, Salt, Palm Oil and Okpei. Wash and cut the vegetable and Okro.
2. Once the beef and fish are done, add in your Okro and vegetable. Some like their Okro still crispy and fresh. If so, once you add the Okro and vegetable, stir, check the taste and if you’re satisfied with it, turn off the heat.

Garri, Semolina
