CHICKEN SAUCE

Ingredients:
 Chicken
 Cabbage
 Carrots
 Green peas
 Bell peppers
 Sweet corn
 Seasoning cubes
 Onions
 Pepper
 Seasoning cubes
 Salt
 Corn starch

Preparation tips:
Wash the chicken and add into a pot, wash and cut the vegetables,

Preparation:
1. In the pot of chicken, add in your ingredients, salt, seasoning cubes, pepper, onions, ginger and garlic, thyme, curry and chicken spices.
2. When the chicken is done, in a plate, add in two tablespoon of corn starch, and in a little water and stir, then pour into the pot of chicken and stir.
3. Add in the vegetables; cabbage, carrots, green peas, bell pepper and sweetcorn. You can add any other vegetables or ingredients.
4. Allow to cook for a while, by now it should have thickened, stir, taste and turn off the heat.

Serving:
Serve with white rice.






BEEF SAUCE

Ingredients:
 Beef
 Cabbage
 Carrots
 Green peas
 Bell peppers
 Sweet corn
 Seasoning cubes
 Onions
 Pepper
 Seasoning cubes
 Salt
 Corn starch
