VEGETABLE YAM

Ingredients:
 Yam
 Vegetable (pumpkin, Utazi, green, Bitterleaf)
 Pepper
 Salt
 Seasoning cubes
 Onions
 Crayfish
 Palm oil

Preparation tips:
Cut your yam, wash your vegetables (whether Utazi, pumpkin, Bitterleaf or green), grind your ingredients.

Preparation:
1. Cut the yam into desirable size and pout into a pot, add water, same level with the yam and turn on the heat.
2. (For Utazi and pumpkin leaf) add in the ingredients, salt, pepper, seasoning cubes, onions, crayfish and palm or groundnut oil and allow to boil. Cut the vegetables, once the yam is done, add the vegetables and turn off the heat.
3. (For Bitterleaf) add in the ingredients, salt, pepper, seasoning cubes, onions, crayfish and palm oil. Add the ogiri and allow to cook. After a while, add in the Bitterleaf and allow to cook for a while. Then add in the Ukpaka and sliced onions, stir and turn off the heat.
4. (For green) once the yam is done, sieve out the water and leave the yam in the sieve. Add palm oil in the pot, add salt, onions, pepper, crayfish, seasoning cubes and stir, then add the already cut green leaves and stir, then add the cooked yam and stir very well with a spatula.
