BANGA

Ingredients:
 Palm fruit
 Assorted beef/fish
 Chicken
 Cray fish
 Pepper
 Onions
 Okpei
 Pumpkin vegetable
 Scent leaf

Preparation tips:
Wash the palm fruits into a pot, wash your vegetables.

Preparation:
1. Wash the palm fruits into a pot.
2. Cook the beef with assorted fish, add in Pepper, Salt, Onions and Seasoning Cubes.
3. While the beef and fish are cooking, blend or pound onions, okpei, pepper and crayfish together and pour into the palm fruit paste and cut some onions and pour inside as well. It adds a special aroma to the stew.
4. Pour the beef, fish and stock inside the fluid and allow to cook till it’s gone down in quantity.
5. Cut your vegetables (pumpkin and scent leaves) and pour in, stir, taste for salt and bring down.

Serving:
Serve with white rice.
