We all were laughing maybe a bit too loud, but we somehow still felt safe around each others. No more weapons besides a few pointy sticks and hard rocks. Of course there was still the gun for Camp KIDE, but we didn't have any fitting ammo so we decided to leave it behind. We were walking West with maybe a 5 miles an hour. Of course we knew it would be a long walk, but we just had to see the Headquarters. The others told me, the letter for Charlie said the Headquarters was named CDC, short for 'Critical Disease Center'. My first thoughts about the name, were that it sounded like BBC, but whatever.

We walked the whole day long. Sun was setting, but we didn't even bother about finding some shelter. We felt like we could handle everything, but of course we were wrong. We couldn't see a shit in the middle of the night. There was no electric, no fire, no nothing. The only light we had for now, were the moon and the millions of stars. They looked pretty, and I honestly had never seen so many of them.

Instead of trusting on a safe shelter, the group decided to trust on me. On my amazing ears. We didn't spoke much, but we hold each others hands so we wouldn't lose each other and we just kept walking for the night. The few times I noticed a moaning, I whispered really softly to the group and all we did was continue walking but even more quiet.

The majority of the group wanted to take a rest, just so Zoe and I could recover a bit but we disagreed. We whispered to them that we had to walk until sun would rise and then take a break. That's basically what we did. Walk from probably around 4 pm until 5 am. Day after day. We only spoke in the mornings, when we were about to take a break. We ate a bit tin fruit, and tried to make jokes but they didn't really turn out good. The few times we caught a Walker, we killed it and covered ourselves in blood. The technique we might not even need that much since we might be  Special. Because of almost haunted places, we sometimes had to take the longer route, but we didn't even mind that much.

That's how we spend our days for 3 days, before we noticed a traffic sign that told us we arrived in Wiltshire. We were all relieved and signed deeply as soon as we read what it said. ''Now, let's just hope we didn't came here for nothing.'' Alfie said as he took lead and we walked further into the aria. I noticed this was the first time in the three days that Zoe and Joe walked besides each other. They didn't spoke or anything, they just walked. It somehow felt like there was something I didn't know, but I decided not to ask. Instead I caught up on Alfie and we leaded the group.

''So, do we have the exact address?'' I asked as I looked through the photos of the man who had been stalking Joe and me for weeks. ''I don't think we need an address.'' Jim said but he didn't make any sense to me. ''Of course we-'' I began and started looking to the horizon, where I saw something unexpected.

A massive building was placed maybe half a mile in front of us. It wasn't just big, it was huge. ''Holy shit.'' I said, surprised by the fact that we didn't see that thing a few minutes ago. ''Come on guys, let's get some answers.'' I encouraged the group and we jogged the few bits. We arrived at a huge gate. There were a few Walkers at the fences but they didn't even notice we arrived.

A huge door, just a few inches in front of me. I looked around to the group, to see who was going to begin the conversation. They all looked a bit taken back, like they weren't able to do what I now had to do. That's why I took the responsibility and pushed the doorbell. Well, it looked like a doorbell but maybe it was just a button. Nothing happened, at least not in the first 20 seconds.

''Who are you?'' A low voice said and I immediately got Goosebumps. For a second I felt like this might be another trap, just like Camp KIDE, but it couldn't be. We found the pictures by coincidence, there's no way they planned that to happen. ''I'm Deanne Rawley and with me are Joe Sugg and a few other friends. We found the pictures of us taken by mister Jefferson and we're here for answers.'' I said, trying to sound confident. We waited for a respond, but instead we heard someone whispering to someone else. ''We have no idea what you're talking about.'' An other voice said, this one sounded much more like a female. I frowned and coughed. ''I, Deanne, am prepared to help you with your research about the Special as long as you make sure my friends are safe and we get some answers.'' I spoke into the microphone. Again it took a few seconds before we got a respond. This time it wasn't a voice who responded, but the sound of the gate which opened up. Our friend/survive group ran in, to make sure the gate wouldn't close too soon, and we made our way to the main door.

At the second I wanted to ring the real-deal-doorbell, someone opened the door. An middle-aged man appeared in the hall, he stepped out of the door and hold out his hand before he waited for me to shake his hand. As soon as I did, the man spoke. He smiled and looked friendly but his words told me a completely other thing.

''Good to see you here. I'm Nicolas. Nicolas Jefferson.''
