One of the fun part of being an adult is when you finally get to eo things yourself. Move out, buy yourself your own needs, pay bills with the same money you earn from working 24/7.

Kim Minji is just the same. She just graduated last year and works at a telecommunication company wherein she works as a costumer service representative. She could've done better that she thought but atlesst for now she gets paid well enough to suffice her payment for her own bills.

In fact, it was already a good start, she never really had any job experience before and being accepted in just one shot made her feel so thankful

First day at work was already tiring, she was sent straight to work. Socializing wasn't much of a deal with her but she had to excuse herself from her co-workers. She's not naive, she knows she's got the looks and the brain. But she's gonna have to prove the second one first for them to truly know it. She's gonna have to start from the bottom first.

It took her some time to finally look the crowd, because in fact it was also starting to make her feel uneasy.

Tall and lean physique, face close to perfection, mature deep and calm voice that can make any boys—and girls swoon over.

That's what she is, Kim Minji.

Finally settling ln her new desk, she started typing away like the rest of them. They didn't even have to tesch her that much since she already knows the basics.

Time passed and finally it was time for them to go home, one of the guys calls out to her and says.
"Minji-ssi, do you wanna have some dinner with us? We're going to a friend chicken restaurant few blocks away."

If Minji could recall him name clearly, she assumes that charming guy's name is Jay. If only Minji swings that way..

She'd definitely say yes like an idiot, just look at how fine that guy looks?

Besides, she doesn't wanna hangout with new people at the moment, she had to organize her things in her new apartment.

Minji morphs her face into an uncertain look, was about to reply no when another one perks up, it was a girl that greeted her along with the others a while ago.

"Minji-ssi, we're holding a welcoming party for you, just you, me, and these girls." Right, she was that nice and sweet girl that talked to her like she was the most valuable person in this room.

Her honey-sweet voice along with her cute smile made her smile as well. Almost forgetting to reply to Jay.

The guy and his companions reacted to this, playfully glaring at the sweet girl.
"Eyyy... Oh come on Hanni. We asked her out first."

"Did Minji say yes then?" She playfully flashes them a smug look that Jay acted like he'a going to flirt her in the forehead.

'First name basis already.' Minji slightly smiles at that.

The boys looked at Minji, waiting for her reply but she could only drag a word out.
"Uhmm..."

"You guys can just come with us if you want, let's give her a welcome party." Hanni declared, approaching Minji and giving her a big warm smile.

"You don't want to turn us down do you?" Hanni asked with a hopeful look, Minji looked at the girls and the boys, they are all looking the same.

"Yeah, sure. Okay then." then with that they cheered and started packing their stuffs up.

Hanni out if nowhere hugged her while jumping that made Minji thought is she a kid or something?

But it's kinda cute.
