The air was cold, a breeze sweeping the white curtains of the room. It's probably only past 6 and yet Minji is already awake. Her chocolate brown eyes staring internly at the figure next to her. Her deer-like eyes bore into the still closed ones. She would blink ever so softly and a smile would tug on her lips.
She had her head propped up with her left hand, laid on her side as she continued on watching the other girl sleep.
Why did she only realize it now?
From her hair, the way her eyes we're perfectly fluttered shut, to the small of her nose, and her cute cupid bow of her lips, then to her pale small face, how her ears would cutely potrude; how did not Minji notice this all sooner?
Her eyes then lands on the soft skin of her shoulder blades then to her slim arm, how can something looking so fragile be so strong?
The night they made love, she can feel it, she was surpressing herself. Whenever she would hit something, she would grasp her arms or wrap her arms around her neck a little bit too tight, or scratch her back a little too hard.
Her eyes then drops to her hand next to her face, she took it and came to another realization. Haerin's hands are soft and delicate, way too feminine compared to hers. She interlaced their fingers and smiled at the onvious difference.
Before she could daydream any further she felt the other girl shifts, her eyes was meet by light brown ones.
She puts up a gentle smile and says in a raspy morning voice,
"Good morning, sorry, did I woke you up?"
she catches her cheeks turn into a shade of pink before the latter hides her face under the sheets. She peeks with her eyes and says with a small voice.
"Good morning.."
Minji's heart made a little jump at that, she blushed as well and chuckled. This girl is way too cute.
"Are you okay?" she had to ask although she too, thinks it was embarassing to ask.
Haerin nods and hide her face even more, she took hold of the sheet and pulls it down a little, not really forcing it though.
"Why are you hiding?" she laughs at the other girl's bashfulness.
"I don't know.. I just feel... shy, after that.." Minji purses her lips in a thin line, breathes out through her nose. She scoots closer and wraps her arms around the other.
"There's nothing to be shy about, it's normal, Haerin. Don't tell me..." she furrows her eyebrows as she trails off.
"You haven't been laid before?" she playfully finishes.
"Have you?" came Haerin's serious tone that made her drop her teasing look altogether and clamp her lips as she thinks of an answer.
"W-Well.. come on, I'm an adult. Most of the kids do it often eventhough they're still in highschool—it's normal."
She cut herself when she realizes what she's saying, Haerin is just looking at her, listening with a serious look on her face.
"Maybe 3 to 5 times already but trust me, I'm not like them. Doing it as routine. I uh.." all of a sudden, Minji had the chance to tell more about her past love life.
"I had an ex girlfriend before but... things didn't end up well.. and all those counts, it was with her. I never dated and had any intimate activities with anyone else after, until last night.." her cheeks burned bright red at that. Haerin's face was red as well but she was staring at Minji with that look on her face again.
"So, did it with her.. five times?"
It was Minji's turn to blush and feel embarrassed,
"I'm not really sure of it's five or three times only, it was way back in college! I forgot, I can't remember—"
