__________XingYun and TengFei have been a huge help with scoping out locations. Lan Xichen, Jingyi, Wangji, and Wuxian thought it would be okay to head back to Cloud Recesses. Lan Qiren said it was probably best to do so but they will keep their library books and scrolls hidden within the cold caves until Wen Chao has been found and taken care of. With the two ravens, Wuxian was able to see if they were safe wherever they traveled. To keep Wuxian safe, Wangji stuck close to him. They flew on their swords so Wuxian was on Bichen with Wangji while the ravens scoped ahead.
"Everything seems fine so far," Wuxian said.
"Mnn, you can come back to me then," Wangji said in Wuxian's ear.
Wuxian's sight returned to normal and he looked up at Wangji, "you are such a sweet man," Wuxian said, "I wonder what others would say if they saw this side of you?" He teased.
"They will never," Wangji said, "only Wei Ying."
Wuxian giggled as he summoned his ravens back to his tattoos. TengFei and XingYun both came back when called, "these two are so cool," he said, "I should train more with them."
"We should," Wangji corrected, "as I want to help you when you are using them. You are blinded when you have them out."
"Then we will train," Wuxian said, "did you want to right away or wait a day or two?"
"We should rest for a day as we have been traveling for a few days now," Wangji said, "how much energy do you use when you summon them?"
"Not a lot, I noticed that I use them with Yin Energy, which is why my eyes turn red most likely. Did they do that when I used it on Wen Ruohan?"
"They were red, yes," Wangji answered, "so you don't tire too much?"
"No, but I think I should look into trying to use them with spiritual energy. I don't know anything about this resentment and how it affects me," Wuxian said.
"Since Wen Qing and her family is safe, maybe we can have her check you over. She is very knowledgeable in the golden core and spiritual healing. Our healers probably won't have much of an idea compared to her," Wangji said.
"Sure," Wuxian said. Wangji was surprised when he heard Wuxian agree to letting either Wen Qing or even a healer check him over.
"Did you just agree with me?" Wangji asked.
"Even if I denied you, you would have found a way to manipulate me into seeing a healer eventually," Wuxian replied, "I know how you can get me to just comply to you."
Wangji smiled and tightened his arms around Wuxian's waist a bit more, pulling him closer. Wuxian's back was pressed firmly against Wangji's chest. Wangji leaned over and whispered into his left ear, "it's good that you just give in. When you behave like that you will be rewarded for it," he then bite softly on Wuxian's ear.
Wuxian felt his body get weak just from that bite alone. They soon landed just a few feet from the main gate. Lan Xichen and Jingyi went ahead while Wuxian and Wangji stayed back for a moment. Once the two were alone, Wangji shoved Wuxian back against the nearest tree and kissed him. Wei Wuxian wrapped his arms around Wangji's shoulders and he quickly kissed him back. The kiss was rough, quick, and full of vigor.
Then Lan Wangji bit down on Wie Wuxian's bottom lip, causing Wei Wuxian to gasp. Doing so, gave Wangji the opportunity to sneak his tongue in. Wuxian pulled back the need to breathe becoming imperative only to gasp when Wangji leaned forward pushing his head backward to give him access to the column of Wuxian's neck. Wangji began applying open-mouthed kisses to slowly trailing them downward until Wuxian gasped again, throwing his head back against the tree while his grip tightened on the front of Wangji's robes. With Wangji kissing this particularly sensitive spot on his neck it had his senses reeling.
Wangji found himself smirking against Wuxian's skin. He began paying special attention to that spot alternating between lightly running his teeth across the skin and licking it lightly earning little whines and gasps for his efforts. He, however, didn't expect Wuxian's next reaction when he nipped it lightly a moment later, soothing it with his tongue right after. Wuxian scrambled to place his hands on Wangji's shoulders and tightened his grip as an odd sensation shot down his spine. This sensation had him melting further into Wangji's grasp.
"Ahh! L-Lan Zhan!" He moaned out, "e-easy."
Lan Wangji slowly began to pull back. His breathing was sporadic but he was still able to keep his composure compared to Wuxian. Wuxian seemed as it he was about to crumble to the ground. His legs were weak and his mind was blank. He was stunned that it was so blank. He felt like he was seeing stars flying around his head as he tried to look at Wangji.
"You...You finally...know how to make me weak," Wuxian said.
Wangji grinned, "there is more to give you too."
"Lan Zhan, if you keep this up, I might actually pass out from all the intensity from it," Wuxian told him.
"You will be fine," Wangji said.
Wuxian blinked a couple times as he tried to grasp the situation, "I don't think I can move yet," Wuxian said.
Wangji smiled, "did you want me to carry you?"
"Just give me a minute," Wuxian said and rested his forehead on Wangji's shoulder, "I never thought I'd be in such a state before."
"It makes me feel good knowing that I can make you this way," Wangji said, "you tease me, and I make you weak."
"Lan Zhan," Wuxian said pouting out his lip and looked up at him, "must you do that to me? I haven't teased you in a while."
Wangji leaned forward and his face was just inches away from Wuxian's, "I know," he said, "I just like to see you this way."
Wuxian lightly hit Wangji's in the chest before Wangji was kissing him again. Wuxian giggled under Wangji's grasp and melted back against the tree once more. The two were making out against the tree outside the gate for a good while before they eventually managed to stop long enough to get to the Jingshi. Wangji did end up carrying Wuxian in the end too.
