Ailign stood in the small human fashioned living room, his back turned to the couch megan always sat on. He was looking over his tablet, a short and frantic reply from roge had just come, he was already on his way to meet up with ailign at his residence. It was nighttime, ailign commanding the lights on low, he stood there in darkness, contemplating his next move. He sent out a warrant for artis's arrest with his vehicles make and model on the list to flag down. He knew it wouldn't be enough.
"Officer roge has arrived" his personal android said
Ailign handed his tablet to the android and headed down the hallway towards the front entrance.
"Open the door" He told the android following behind him.
"Roge is making his way to you" the android two said
"My prince!" Came a voice down the hallway
"Were going to my spacecraft now" I called to roge.
"Yes my prince!" Roge said now running up to me.
"Where are they?" Roge asked
"Two show him their route." I respond.
The android handed the tablet to roge as they walked, now coming up to the garage. Inside there were several vehicles of all kinds, the garage being one of the largest rooms in the house. Ailign lead the way to his personal space craft, it was one of the fastest models the mech had made thus far. With its sleak white exterior, and luxiourious enterior it was one of the best spacecrafts on the market.
"Is that what we're taking?" Roge asks
"Yes" I say as I open the latch to enter the vehicle.
Roge let's out a low whistle when they make it to the cock pit, the lights and systems coming on automatically at there arrival, the monitors brightly lit blue.
"It's no time to be admiring a space craft." I say
Roge has a look of remorse at the reprimantion, quickly making his way to a chair and strapping in, avoiding ailigns glare. Ailign taking the pilot seat, flips on the thrusters and com system.
"This is prince ailign on spacecraft 468921 and I am about to take off." I say
"Copy that" comes a quick reply.
The engines rearing, ailign gently guides the vehicle out of the garuage and into the sky, easily breaking past the atmosphere they were now on there way. 
"I've sent you a projected route to them my prince.." roge goes on "in this space craft we should be able to catch up to them in a week or less. They're moving much slower then we are."
"Good" I say "Let's pray they don't get rid of that android sending us the tracking signal"
"What our plan if they do my prince" roge asks
"We search the whole fucking galaxy if we have to, but we know where they're going so it shouldn't be an issue." I say
Zooming past Planets and stars the journey continues on quietly, roge and ailign full of ire. Ailign and roge only speaking about there plans for tracking their mates down, going over possible hostile situations. There were several planets on route suitable for them to stop at, but only a few friendly to the mech. Ailign was sure they would have to stop soon, the space craft caring there mates not having sufficient fuel tanks for long journeys.
"Once they stop we'll head out and track them on foot. I don't want to try to stop them in the air." I say
"Do you really think they'd shoot at us?" Roge asks unbelievingly.
"We don't know what their situation is, but we can't assume they won't be hostile." I say
"Well I don't know about you but my mate would never shoot at me" roge grumbles to himself. Ailign decided to ignore the slight. It was true, ailign didn't know if megan would go so far as to shoot canons at him. He slightly suspected she might.
"Will they recieve any punishment after we retrieve them?" Roge asks worry in his voice.
"After we retrieve them we'll never speak about this again. You will be exempt from service for the forceable future until you get a hold on your mate." I said
"My prince!" Roge started but I cut him off.
"I know you were hoping for a promotion from your next mission but that's getting put on hold." I said thinking if my mother found out I'd probably get the same punishment. Being dismissed from duty for any amount of time was seen as a great dishonor, many of the newly mated volunteering for ground duty on other planets even with the order for them to be exempt for a year. Roge was one of those who had volunteered, not wishing to waste time rising in the ranks.
"Yes my prince. I only want my mate to be safe." He said
"Good" I said

"My prince, it appears they've stopped at planet glec." Roge said from his seat, their mates location on one screne with their own blinking beside it. Roge pulled up the image on the main monitor.
"good were only one day away" ailign said
"Theyll probably leave before we get there." Roge said "well have to get them at the next location most likely"
Ailign straightened in his seat, contemplating the likelihood. He couldn't afford to wait until the next stop, only being granted leave until the ball. If word got out that he had lost he mate, he didnt know what kind of punishment the queen would delve out to his mate. He couldn't let her be subjugated to that.
"Increase our speed, push this ship as hard as it will go." Ailign said
"Yes my prince" roge said
