Chapter 30: The Big Explanation

Aina's POV
"Yeah after last night, you are NOT welcome in this cabin anymore." Artemis said. Then she pushed me out. Grrrr. I went back to my cabin. I knocked on the door. "Who is it?" Esmerelda said. I didn't respond. She opened the door. "Oh it's just you." She was about to shut the door on me but I quickly stopped the door. "Wait! We need to talk." Esmerelda frowned at me but finely gave in and let me in. Esmerelda couldnt help but always be nice, it was her weakness. When I walked in, glares were faced on me. "Listen, hear me out, can I just sleep here for the last night? I promise I won't do anything." Maggie thought I was suspicious. "Why do you have to sleep here? Don't you have Amber and Glitter?" They were on to me. "Because their cabin kicked me out as well." "Well why would they kick you out?" Nala got down from her bunk and we became face to face. "I uh... I played a prank." "This is why you get kicked out of cabins. Because you're constantly doing the wrong thing!" Nancy said. She can't talk, she's a newbie who popped out of nowhere. "Aina?" Nova said. I looked up at her on the top bunk. My old bunk... grrr. "What? Are you trying to rub in my face how you stole my bunk? Well I don't care!" "Calm down, I just wanted to tell you that we are deciding to revote and change the cabin captain." "What?! You can't do that! I'm the cabin captain!" Vice Principal Frankie knocked on our door. "Hello? Aina? Ready?" Cloud opened the door. "Vice Principal Frankie, I have a question." Cloud said. "Sure, Cloud? Is something wrong?" He responded. "Is it possible to revote and change the cabin captain?" "Well I don't see why not. Just whisper in my ear." They all went up to him one by one. It was then my turn. "Just vote for me instead." I whispered to him. "And the winner is.... Daisy!" DAISY?! GRRRRR. Daisy then left with Vice Principal Frankie. "Oh and Aina? You're still kicked out." Esmerelda told me. "Ugh. Of course I am."I left and I told glitter and amber. "You can ask Thor's cabin, I'm sure they'll let you in." Amber said. "Uhhh okay...." Okay I was definitely NOT asking Thor's cabin, their dogs are pretty scary. I knocked on cabin B. Gypsy opened the door. "Hi, can I sleep in this cabin tonight." "Well uh... I heard you have done some bad stuff." "Just for one night? Pretty pleaseeeee?" "Let me ask one of my cabin mates first." Stupid Gypsy, just make up your mind! "Lacy! You know that cat Aina? Nova's old friend? She want to sleep in this cabin tonight." "Tell her no and that she's a horrible backstabbing friend." Gypsy came back and said, "Lacy said no and that you're a horrible backstabbing friend. Goodbye." Then she shut the door on me. I gasped. I was NOT A HORRIBLE BACKSTABBING FRIEND. I just left Nova to be with my rank. Every door I knocked on, each cabin said no. Only cabins left were D and I. I was not asking D unless I says no. Hopefully they say yes. I knocked on the door. Mike opened the door. "What?" "Can I sleep in your cabin tonight?" "Yeah no."

Bailey's POV
Cosmo pulled Mike and all of us from the door, he went to the door and said, "please hold." He closed the door. "Guys we should let her in." "Yeah and why's that, Cosmo?" Stewart asked. "Because Aina is one of Amber's friends and if we let her in, it'll boost my chances with Amber." Not this again. Zane facepalmed himself. I don't blame him, how ridiculous. "Yeah but if we let her in, won't we all get in trouble because, hello? She's a girl! We're boys." Arthur realized. EXACTLY!! "Plus even if we do let her in, Paisley- I mean the girls will be upset with us." Atlas seems suspicious. "Did you just say paisley?" I asked. "Uh no." Cosmo went to the door. "You can stay in this cabin tonight." Cosmo told her. "Thanks, that's great." She came in and set herself at the corner. "Hey aina." Elton called to her. "What?" "No funny business, got it?" "Yeah yeah no funny business blah blah."

At Breakfast
Paisley's POV
Second last breakfast. I really hope they do something special for tomorrow's breakfast aka, the last breakfast!!! "So... how did you all sleep last night? Good i hope." Zane said. Classic Zane. He always wants to break the silence. "No not that good. Glitter and Amber let Aina stay in our cabin last night. And you know what they did? Apparently aina brang pepper spray and they sprayed Artemis, Cindy and Coco. So we kicked her out. Wonder if she's found another cabin." Akira said. All the boys looked at each other looking worried. "I highly doubt it. No cabin in going to let her in. Apparently Cabin E changed their cabin captain to Daisy and Vice Principal Frankie allowed it." Artemis said. I didn't know that piece of information. Maybe we should change our captain! "Wait let me get this straight, so she brang pepper spray and sprayed some of you?" "Yes." We all said. "Oh no." Atlas said. Atlas? Why was she saying Oh no? Wait don't tell me- "What's oh no? Spit it out!" Cindy told them. "WE LET AINA IN TO OUR CABIN JUST FOR THE LAST NIGHT BECAUSE COSMO SAID WE SHOULD SO WE JUST DID." Bailey said really fast. "You did what? Wait did I hear you correctly? You let AINA, our new enemy who pepper sprayed us into your cabin?" Coco sounded angry. Maybe it was because Bailey said it?  I would've expected Atlas to say something to be honest. He's the tough guy in these situations, you know? Well that's what I thought but I guess not...

Elton's POV
Bailey had told everyone. We were definitely in trouble now. If only we had known about the pepper spray beforehand! Now that I think of it, why did we even let Aina into our cabin? Why did we agree with Cosmo? Cosmo's not even our friend! He bullies me just because of one mistake. I have so many regrets. You know when you just want to turn back time and do it all again? Well that's how I feel right this moment! And probably all the other boys as well! "The real question is, why did you let her in?" Mishka asked. I may as well spill it, I always have to back up the boys basically. I quickly cleared my throat. "Ahem." "Yes, Elton?" Paisley asked. "I have the explanation." "Go on." She said. "Cosmo somehow convinced us to let Aina in to our cabin because he reckons it'll boost his chances with Amber." I spilled the truth and they didn't get upset. "Yeah he was like, 'oh guys we should let her in because aina is Amber's best friends and if we let her in it'll boost my chances with Amber.'" Stewart said. Everyone laughed. "What a dweeb." Akira finally said.
