Harry's question received an answer the very next morning. When Hermione's Daily Prophet arrived, she smoothed it out, gazed for a moment at the front page, and let out a cry that attracted the attention of everyone in the vicinity.
"What?" said Harry, (Y/n), and Ron in unison. In response, she spread the newspaper on the table before them and pointed at ten black-and-white photographs that filled the entire front page. Nine displayed wizards' faces, and the tenth featured a witch. Some individuals in the photographs were silently mocking, while others were tapping their fingers on the frames of their pictures, appearing insolent. Each picture was accompanied by a name and the crime for which the person had been sentenced to Azkaban.
Antonin Dolohov, read the caption beneath a wizard with a long, pale, twisted face who was sneering at Harry, convicted of the brutal murders of Gideon and Fabian Prewett.
Augustus Rookwood, said the caption beneath a pockmarked man with greasy hair who was leaning against the edge of his picture, looking bored, convicted of divulging Ministry of Magic secrets to He Who Must Not Be Named.
"This is dreadful!" exclaimed (Y/n) in disbelief, then she glanced at Harry, whose eyes were fixed on the witch in the picture. (Y/n) turned her attention to the same witch. The woman's face had immediately caught their gaze when they saw the page. Her long, dark hair appeared messy and unkempt in the image, though they had seen it sleek, thick, and shining before. She glared up at them with heavily lidded eyes, sporting an arrogant, disdainful smile on her thin lips. Like Sirius, she retained traces of her once-great beauty, but something – perhaps Azkaban – had taken most of it away.

(Y/n) couldn't help but ponder how Neville would react to this news.
Hermione nudged Harry and (Y/n), pointing at the headline above the pictures, which they had not yet read as they were fixated on Bellatrix.

The Ministry of Magic made a late-night announcement confirming a mass escape from Azkaban.
Speaking to the press from his private office, Cornelius Fudge, the Minister for Magic, stated that ten high-security prisoners had broken free in the early hours of the previous evening. He had also informed the Muggle Prime Minister of the dangerous nature of these individuals.
