Bright has been in the outskirts part of their ciy since yesterday.
He decided that the educational training will start from here
Bright made sure that the educational training wouldn't be focusing on one job only
The residents has three job choices and he really wants to be hands on with it
He wants himself to be part of it every step of the way
Updating and messaging Win became difficult for him because of his full packed schedules everyday and his phone rarely finds any signal
The first educational training just ended
"Please, don't worry about it." Bright politely said to the locals who has been saying 'thank you' to him nonstop
"As soon as you finished all of your educational trainings, you can look for a job. And please, always remember this, you don't need to be scared when it comes to looking for a job. It can cause nervousness, yes, but don't be scared. Just believe in yourself, also, believe on the things you are capable of doing and soon, we'll all be up there." Bright finished his short speech, the residents clapped
"Thank you, everyone. This has been Mayor Bright and let's enjoy the rest of the day." Bright waved at them
His personal body guards immediately leaded him to his cabin

Bright plopped down on the sofa and put his phone out, hoping that it has a signal but it doesn't have
He let out a sigh and laid back on the sofa
He put out his radio telephone and called Force
Bright said, "Are you doing something? Come inside my cabin."
Force responded, "Noted, sir."
It didn't take a while for Force to reach Bright's cabin
"Come in." Bright said after hearing some knocks
Force walked inside Bright's cabin, he bowed down to him
Force asked, "What can I do for you, sir?"
"Any luck on figuring out how to access some
phone signal?" asked by Bright
Force answered, "We really have no choice but to go down to the nearest market, sir."
The outskirts of the city is located in a kinda upper hill part
Bright nodded, "Got it."
He added, "Then tomorrow, early in the morning, we'll go down to the market and we'll also buy some supplies for the residents."
"Noted, sir." Force noted it down on his iPad

Next day.
Bright and his team arrived at the market
"I'll stay inside the car for a bit to check my phone's notifications. I'll follow you right after." Bright said to Force
Force politely said, "It's fine, sir, you don't have to follow me."
Then he added, "It's best for you to just stay inside the car."
"I'll go down for a bit. I want to check myself if everyone is doing just fine here." said by Bright
"Copy that, sir." Force bowed down to him before stepping outside
Half of Bright's personal body guards left with Force while the other half stayed with Bright
Bright put his phone out and his whole face lightened up upon seeing he has a two bars of phone signal
And now, his phone wouldn't stop buzzing because of receiving so many notifications
He ignored all of his other notifications and opened Win's messages first

Hi, I don't know when you will see this

How are you doing there?

I just ate dinner and will probably read some papers first before sleeping

Good night, Bright.

That was Win's messages yesterday.
And now, he just got a new message from Win.

Hey, are you still alive there?

Bright couldn't help but to chuckle and he shook his head in amusement.

Hi, sweet heart. I just finished
reading all of your messages.

My apologies if I only got to respond now.

I'm still doing fine, don't worry.

Have you been getting an enough rest?
Don't overdo it, please.

I will see you as soon as I get back there.

I miss you so much.

Bright's many replies.

Instead of replying back, Win called him directly
Bright smiled, answering the call
Bright sweetly said, "Good morning."
Win shyly said back, "Hi."
Then he asked Bright, "Where are you right now? Found a place in the outskirts where you can access some phone signal?"
Bright answered, "Babe, I wish, but we're in the market right now. Force is buying some supplies for the residents."
Win whispered, "Argh, I missed hearing your voice."
Bright teased him, "Oh, yeah?"
Win rolled his eyes, "You heard nothing."
Bright laughed at that then he asked, "Preparing
for work now?"
"Uhm, yeah." Win's answer
Win asked, "When will you guys head back?"
Bright answered, "I'm really not sure, sweet heart, but let's say, we'll stay here for a week more."
Win nodded, "Okay then."
Bright smirked, "Missing me that much?"
"You wish." Win said, causing Bright to laugh
Win spoke again, "Book just arrived. We're going now."
"Alright, I'll let you be on your way  now.
Take care, love. I'll talk to you again real soon."
said by Bright
"Hmm, take care too, Bright. See you when you get back." Win's response and he ended the call
Bright smiled and put his phone back inside his pocket then went out of the car
He smiled and waved at the people who immediately recognized him
His personal body guards quickly surrounded him when people started to gather up
"Don't put your guards up too high." Bright whispered to them
"How are you doing?" Bright asked the one resident and shook his hand
"I'm doing just fine, Mr. Mayor." he responded with a big smile
"That's good." Bright patted his shoulder and they continue to walk ahead
