Chapter Twenty Nine

I know it's not a weekend
I just want to make it up last weekend that I didn't get to update
And this update will be solely focusing on BrightWin's moments with their family.

Win entered their house and Gemini immediately ran to him
"P'Win!" his youngest brother said while running to him
"Hey there." he welcomed Gemini's hug attack
"How are you doing, huh?" Win ruffled his hair after pulling away from him
Gemini smiled at him, "I'm doing just fine, phi."
"Where are they?" Win's second question to him
They were walking to the living room
"Mom is in the kitchen, dad is in his study, our siblings —" Gemini got cut off by Phuwin who quickly ran down the stairs upon seeing Win
Phuwin called him, "P'Win!"
"Hey." Win chuckled and also welcomed Phuwin's hug attack
"You're all home?" Win asked, pulling away from Phuwin
Phuwin shook his head
"P'Dunk and P'Tay are not home." Gemini added
Win asked them, "Your P'Dew?"
Phuwin answered, "He's in the backyard."
Win nodded at that
"You've already arrived and yet, you're still not greeting me. You're making your mom sad, Winnie." their mother said, coming out from the kitchen
Win smiled and opened his arms for her mother
"Sorry, mom. These two kept me occupied." Win said while still smiling
Wina smiled back and approached Win to accept his hug
Win asked her, "How have you been doing, mom?"
"Oh, please, putting up with your chaotic siblings every day, thankfully, I'm still doing fine." Wina answered while they were pulling away from the hug

Gemini and Phuwin laughed
"You, how have you been doing, son? How's your dad as a boss?" Wina asked while caressing Win's shoulder
"He's stricter, mom, but please, don't tell him I said that." Win whispered the last part, making his mother laugh
His mother nodded, "Alright, alright."
"Can you call your P'Tay for me, son? Dunk is on his way home. I'll go back to the kitchen." said by their mother
Win nodded, "Yes, mom."
She ruffled Gemini and Phuwin's hair before going back to the kitchen
"Go help mom out. I'll just call P'Tay." Win said to the twins
Gemini and Phuwin immediately headed to the kitchen
Win put his phone out, he dialled his P'Tay's number while walking on the way to their backyard
He stopped in his tracks when Tay answered the call
Tay immediately asked, "You home already, bro?"
Win answered, "Yes and mom asked me to call you."
"I'll try to make it on time for dinner. My last schedule for today just wrapped up and I'm a bit far away from home." said by Tay
Win chuckled, "Good luck then."
Ty chuckled as well, "Yeah, badly needed that for the traffic."
Win uttered, "See you then."
Tay uttered back, "See you, brother."
Win continued to walk on the way to their backyard
He saw Dew sitting under the gazebo while reading some book
He silently walked towards him
"Even the night can't stop you from reading, huh?" Win crossed his arms
"P'Win." Dew smiled, standing up from the couch and hugged Win
Win patted his back then he asked Dew, "Why are you always reading?"
Dew laughed pulling away from him
Dew shrugged, "Just a hobby of mine."
Win nodded, "Alright, that's nice then."
Dew shook his head in amusement
"Come on now. Dinner's almost ready." Win put an arm around Dew's shoulder and dragged him inside
As if on cue, Dunk just got inside their house
"P'Win!" he yelled out and ran to hug Win
Win patted Dew's shoulder and gave him a nod
Dew headed to the kitchen first
"Ow." Win reacted as Dunk got to hug him
Win said, "Why does it seem like all of you missed me? I was home just two days ago!"
Dunk laughed then they pulled away from each other
"We can even just live with you, phi. We're missing you that much." said by Dunk
Win chuckled, "As if mom will let any of you to move out this soon."
They have a deal with their mom that once they are already stable in life and their mom and dad can see that, she'll let them move out of their house
Dunk mumbles, "True."
"Come on. We'll get to that point." Win put an arm around his shoulder and dragged him to their kitchen

On the other side ...
Joong let out a heavy deep breath, "I told you, it's on the right side. You didn't see it 'cause you kept looking at the left side."
Pond said, "That doesn't make any sense. I would've still at least saw a glimpse of it, even if it's on the left side."
"Look at the google map, now, make u-turn." Joong said, laying back
Pong nodded, "Fine, fine."
They were on the way to the outskirts where Bright was at
Pond made a u-turn

After of many more arguments about the directions, they've finally arrived
Force immediately approached them then he bowed to them, "Good morning, Sir. Pond and Sir. Joong. I hope you had a nice travel."
Pond smiled at him, "It was nice somehow, P'Force."
Force asked, "How many days will you be here again?"
Joong answered, "Three days."
Force smiled, "Alright."
Then he added, "I'll take you to your cabin first and then we'll meet Mayor Bright."
Pond and Joong nodded
Force leaded the way to their cabin

Pond and Joong settled down their things in their cabin and freshened up a little bit
The two left their cabin and met Force outside
"This way, please." Force leaded the way for them again
Bright was holding a simple appreciation lunch for the residents in a big tent
He was saying his short speech when his brother arrived
"And as my speech is about to end, my brothers arrived." Bright said that caught Joong and Pond off guard
"Come here, both of you." Bright said to them
Joong and Pond immediately shook their head and waved their hands off
Force gently pushed them on the way to Bright
The two immediately politely smiled at the people and stood beside Bright
"These are my younger brothers." Bright said to the mic
Bright introduced them, "This is Pond and this is Joong."
The two smiled and bowed to the people
"They are here with us right now to help us plant the trees." Bright said, catching his brothers off guard for the second time
The residents clapped
Bright added, "But first, let's eat lunch. We can go back to our agenda later."
"Please, be comfortable and eat a lot. Thank you." Bright ended his speech
The residents clapped for him
Bright handed the mic to Force
"Come here, you two." Bright put an arm around his brothers' shoulders and leaded them outside of the tent
Bright said, "Now that I've said it, you're gonna help us out plant the trees."
Pond said, "Phi, I don't even know a single name of a tree."
Bright mentally face palmed
Bright nodded at him, "It's fine, that won't matter."
"The residents here are very kind, they will gladly show you the ropes." said by Bright
Joong asked, "So, it will be fine if we mess up?"
Bright patted their backs, "Guys, come on. It's just planting seeds. You'll both do just fine."
Pond said, "I thought you're out here just relaxing that's why I asked Joong to join me."
Bright chuckled at him, "Come on, we should eat now. We got trees to plant."
