*Joong and Dunk*

Same day.

Joong was about to get ready for his date with Dunk
He already showered early in the morning before eating breakfast

And after eating his breakfast, someone rang his doorbell
Joong made his way to the door and opened it
"Dude!" his friend reacted upon seeing him
"What the hell?" Joong chuckled and welcomed his friend's hug
Joong said, "Come in, bro." then his friend entered his place
Joong asked him, "When did you get back?"
"Just the other day, man." his friend Cris answered and he sit on the sofa
Cris is his long time friend, they're friends since secondary school
Joong asked,  "Anything to drink, bro?"
Cris answered, "I'm fine."
"What have you been doing since you got back?" Joong chuckled, sitting on the couch across from him
Cris chuckled, "I've been trying to catch up around, you know? Bangkok has changed a lot."
Then he asked Joong, "So, any plans for today?"
Cris immediately added, "Yeah, right! Dude, you know, it's my birthday tomorrow, right?"
Joong nodded, "Yes."
"I'm throwing a party in a bar tonight to welcome it and you have to come." said by Cris
'After taking Dunk home, I can go there.' Joong thought.
Joong said, "Okay, but you guys go first. I'll be a bit late."
Cris asked him, "What? Do you have any work today?"
"None, —"
"Then there's no problem, right? And besides, I'm gonna ask you to come with me this afternoon. Tour me around, dude. I keep on getting lost." Cris laughed
"Come on, bro. I won't be in Bangkok for long. I just want to visit my favorite places back then." Cris spoke again because it took a while for Joong to answer
Joong asked him, "When is your flight back to the USA?"
"Uh, on Monday." Cris' answer and it was Friday
Cris added, "I only have a week break, bro. I didn't want to waste it by not going home here."
'Dunk will understand, right?' that's what in Joong's mind.
Joong nodded, "Alright, alright. Let me get ready first though."
Cris said,  "Sure, bro! I'll just pick you up later before lunch time."

After Cris left, Joong immediately dialed his P'Bright's phone number

* This is when Bright was on the way to that important meeting *
Bright answered his call, "You gotta make this fast, Joong. I'm on the way to an important meeting."
Joong said, "Phi, I need help and also I need to ask for your permission."
Bright asked him, "What is it?"
Joong swallowed the lump in his throat first before speaking again, "Uh, Dunk and I supposed to have a date today, but then my friend Cris since secondary school, I'm sure you remember him, phi. He just showed up at my door all of a sudden. He wants me to tour him around since he'll leave again on Monday and since tomorrow is his birthday, he wants to welcome it in a bar."
Joong added, "What should I do, phi? I don't wanna upset Dunk."
"Sir, we've arrived." Joong heard Force said from the other line
"I'll just call you later again, phi. Uh, good luck." said by Joong
Bright said, "Thanks, bro, talk to you again later."

And he knew that he need to call Dunk.
He nervously dialed his boyfriend's phone number
After a few rings, Dunk picked up, "Yes, babe?"
Joong nervously chuckled, "Hi."
Dunk immediately asked him, "Anything wrong?"
Joong asked, "Uh, you remember Cris?"
Dunk hummed, "Hmm."
"What about him?" Dunk's second question
"Well, he suddenly showed up in my place and asked me to tour him around since he'll leave again on Monday." Joong answered, waiting for Dunk's response with anticipation
"You'll tour him around today?" Dunk's third question
"Yes, babe, but I can just tour him around after our date —"
Dunk cut him off, "Hey, no, it's fine. You should eat lunch with your friend as well. I'm sure you two have a lot of catching up to do."
Dunk added, "I'll just go with Dew. He asked me to go to a library cafe with him."
Joong asked, "You sure, babe?"
Dunk responded, "Yes, and enjoy this day with your friend."
Then Dunk asked him, "How about tonight? Can we have a dinner date tonight?"
'I can eat dinner with Dunk for a bit before heading to the party, right?' Joong thought.
Joong said, "Sounds good, babe. I'll just tell you what time and where, yeah?"
"Alright. I'll get ready now. Love you." Dunk said, Joong smiled
Joong added, "Love you too, babe. Enjoy your day as well with Dew."

"Change your clothes as fast as you can, bro. I'll be there in thirty." Cris said, stopping in front of the building where Joong's place is
Joong asked, "Are we going to the bar this early?"
Cris answered, "Yes, dude! I already reserved a table for us. Some of our old friends will be there too."
'Oh, shit.' Joong cursed in his mind
Joong nodded, "Alright."
"See you, bro." Joong said before stepping out of Cris' car

He entered the elevator and pressed his floor number then dialed his P'Bright's number but his call wouldn't get through
He tried to dial it again but the result was just the same, he dialed Force's number instead
"Good evening, P'Force." Joong said when Force answered the call
Force asked,  "Good evening, Sir. Joong. What can I do for you?"
Joong politely answered, "Sorry for the bother, phi. I was just wondering if you're still with P'Bright? I couldn't call his phone."
Force asked, "Yes, sir. We're still in the municipal building. Should I give my phone to him?"
"Could you, phi? Thank you so much." Joong's response
Force said, "You're welcome, sir."
Joong stepped out of the elevator and walked towards his unit
After a while, he heard his P'Bright's voice, "Archen, how many times do I have to tell you that I have a lot of things going on right now? You just called me earlier —"
He cut him off, "Wait up, phi, I was trying to call you but my calls wouldn't get through that's why I called P'Force."
Bright asked him, "What? You did call me earlier. I even told you to man up or something. What the hell are you talking about, Joong Archen?"
Joong entered his place, he nervously chuckled, "Phi, that was really not me."
Bright let out a heavy deep breath, "Fine, do whatever the hell you want to do. Just make sure your actions won't stress me more after. Be damn responsible, Archen."
Joong uttered, "Got it, phi. Thank you." his P'Bright ended the call
Joong let out a heavy deep breath, plopping down on the sofa
He dialed his boyfriend's number
Dunk answered the call, "Yes, babe? Are we going now?"
Joong could tell that Dunk was excited judging by his voice and he hate himself that he was about to do this
"Uh, babe, I hate that I'm about to do this but tomorrow is Cris' birthday and he wants to welcome it in a bar and he wants to go now." Joong said in one go, there was a pause on the other end for a while
Dunk asked him, "Did you tell Cris about our planned date today? or tonight, rather?"
Joong swallowed the lump in his throat
"Or wait, did you even tell him about me? about us?" Dunk's second question
Joong didn't get to answer again, Dunk let out a forced laugh
Dunk shook his head, "What a jerk."
Joong immediately said, "I'm really sorry, babe. I'll just make it up to you. I'm all yours tomorrow."
He added, "And I didn't get to tell Cris because he kept on blabbering about himself."
"Whatever, Joong. Either way, it proved that you can set me aside that easily." said by Dunk
Joong argued, "What? Not true, babe. You even told me yourself to enjoy this day with Cris."
Dunk argued back,"Yes, but you stood me up twice just for this day. What am I supposed to feel, huh?"
Joong kindly asked, "Dunk, just this once, alright?"
"Do whatever the hell you want." Dunk ended the call after saying that
'What the heck? That's the second time someone said that to me today.' Joong thought
Joong immediately called him again but Dunk was as quick to reject his call

Joong arrived at the bar with Cris.
He tried to enjoy the party but he couldn't.
