Trying to zip up her dress, Maddie tugs at the back. Tugging a few more times, her hand slips and the zipper comes undone. Feeling a strong sense of irritation coming, she tries two more times before she angrily stops, plopping on her bed, covering her now red face.

"Maddie get up, I'll help you." Ziora walks over slowly. "No need to get upset about this right now."

Maddie stands up straight in front of her mirror, turning to the side so she can be zipped up. Ziora gets behind her, zipping her up as she looks at their two reflections in the mirror.

Ziora tilts her head and smiles to herself at the sight.

"You know despite the circumstances, you look pretty. I love your little pouty face."

"You do." A deep male voice says from the door frame. "You look really pretty."

Maddie looks over to see Taehyung, dressed in a black suit holding a bouquet. Her face relaxes as she looks at him, and while her mouth may not show it her eyes smile for her.

Ziora looks between the two, smirking to herself. "I'll be downstairs if you need me, we're leaving in like 20 minutes." she hugs Maddie one last time and walks to the doorway, whispering to Taehyung on her way out.

"She's honestly happy to see you."

"She has a boyfriend." Taehyung whispers as he continues smiling, hardly moving his mouth."Besides I'm here for my friend."

His eyes follow Maddie as she puts her earrings and jewelry on.

My very, very pretty friend.

"Yeah okay, Tae." Ziora says patting his shoulder as she walks downstairs.

"Hey," Maddie sits down on her bed as she stares at Taehyung.

"Hey." he replies.

"Are the flowers decorations or can I have them?" she says sarcastically.

"Oh, of course. These are for you." Taehyung stumbles over his words. He walks over to her handing her the flowers as he sits next to her, knee to knee.

Wrapped in paper, an assortment of purple and white flowers brings a genuine smile to Maddie's face.

They're her favorite colors.

"Thank you, this means a lot to me right now." she cheeses.

"It's no problem, I just thought you'd need something colorful on a gloomy day." the man replies as he fiddles with his coat.

They sit in silence as Maddie plays with the petals of the flowers. Admiring her side profile, Taehyung gets lost in thought.

Her plump lips are covered in brown lipgloss and lined with an even darker brown, her eyelashes are covered in mascara and slightly curled. Her curly hair is in a high bun, with curly pieces hanging out from the back.
