On a Friday morning, Taehyung is wide awake, currently making breakfast for his girlfriend. He hums to his music as he cracks eggs into a bowl, beating them with a fork.

They've officially been dating for a month and he wants to do something special, so he's making her breakfast before class.

"Smells good." Jimin says as he carefully walks out of his bedroom on the way to the bathroom.

"Thanks, Jimin." Seeing how fast he walked to the bathroom Taehyung smirks and shakes his head. "Long night?"

Jimin comes out of the bathroom giving Taehyung the finger as he walks back into his bedroom.

"Put a pillow in between the frame and the wall next time please." he tells his friend loudly.

If it weren't for him being exhausted last night, he's convinced he would've heard even more of Jimin and Aaliyah's 'study session'.

He finishes the eggs and puts them on the plate, taking a picture of the finished product on his phone and smiling. He grabs her food and drink and walks toward his bedroom, kicking his door open.

"Oh, you're up."

He looks at Aria, currently on her side as she scrolls on her phone.

"Yeah, I just woke up." She sits up when she looks at his full hands. "For me?"

He nods and hands her the plate, pecking her on the lips.

"Happy one month, to hopefully many more."

"Happy one month Taehyung. And thank you for breakfast. But I do have a confession."

Taehyung raises an eyebrow and looks at her, noticing she's staring at her plate.

"I don't like scrambled eggs and I normally wouldn't mind, but they have cheese on them."

Taehyung listens to her, realizing the mistake he made and internally cursing at himself for it.

"I usually eat them sunny side up. Everything else looks good though baby."

He nods and takes the plate from her hands, going to make her the eggs she prefers. It won't take that long and he can just eat the scrambled ones.

After a little over 7 minutes, he comes back and gives her the plate. To which she smiles at him admiringly, almost as if she wants to say something.

"I really like you Taehyung. Thank you again."

She looks directly at him, waiting for a response as he watches her eat. Meanwhile, Taehyung thinks. He knew what she really wanted to say, it feels way too soon for that and he's not sure hes even at that stage.

"I really like you too."

Fuck. It just seemed like the thing to say.

She smiles at him as she eats her food and they converse about plans for the rest of the day.

"Tomorrow there's a Halloween party, I think we should go to it." Taehyung suggests as he eats a piece of toast.

"I'd love that, we'd need last-minute costumes though."

"We'll go to the store after class today and look for one."

"Okay." She kisses him with syrup-covered lips and he licks them, grinning and smacking his lips at the sweetness.

On the phone with her Aunt and Uncle, Maddie walks to her last block. They said it was urgent and she could walk and talk.
