Secret

Here it isssss, it's crazy to think we are getting so close to the end of this challenge. October really hasn't been octobering-

Everyone has a secret, something they aren't willing to share. Some secrets were kept in good faith, while other secrets were secrets that should never see the light of day. Light had kept many secrets, whether his own or those of his friends. When he was Shy, he was trusted with many secrets, as he was timid and rather quiet. And while he was a good friend who actively chose not to share anyone's secrets, it was a mix of that and the fact he feared any possible repercussions if he were to accidentally slip up.

Now, as Light, he makes an effort to stick to his word and never share anyone's secrets, his main tactic was pushing their secrets away till he could hardly remember them. Now Light had some of his own secrets, but they weren't anything bad. Some of them were even shared secrets, like the time he, Happy and Yellow, pranked the rest of the guard. They still haven't been caught for that one.

Then there were his...mildly embarrassing secrets, like the time he stayed up all night because he was terrified of what he thought was something stood in his room, and when the sun came up he saw it was actually just a chair with clothing half-heartedly chucked over it. That's a secret he's taking with him to the grave. Then there was his secret of the fact that while he often remained stoic or quite jovial, he...tended to cry when out of sight. He kept many emotions pushed down to retain an image of being strong, but...Light had many emotions, many feelings. Ever since he lost many people he cares about, he's been stuck with random, strong feelings of a deep mourning.

Being as stubborn as he is, he won't ever admit to the fact that sometimes, when he excuses himself, it's to go and just...cry. He really should see a therapist about this, but if anyone were to try, it would take many, many, maaaany attempts to actually get him to go.

But for now, that shall remain a secret, never to be spilled to a single soul.
