𝒇𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒆𝒏

bellamy walked over to the hatch, slamming it shut. he stared at the grounder.

"bell?" arabella asked warily.

bellamy ignored the girl, heading for the grounder sending a punch to his face, and another and another.

"bellamy. i'm begging you please stop." arabella cried out.

a few moments later arabella heard bangs on the hatch. "open up!" clarke yelled.

miller went over to the hatch moving the box that was keeping it shut, he opened the hatch and clarke immediately tried getting into the room, miller put his arm in front of the girl.

"get out of my way, miller. now!" clarke yelled, when he moved his arm clarke went straight over to the grounder holding up the knife that he stabbed finn with.

"what's on this?" she asked.

"clarke, what are you talking about?" arabella stepped towards the girl.

"he poisoned the blade!" clarke yelled.

"well excuse you." arabella scoffed.

"all this time, you knew finn was gonna die no matter what we did." she said to the grounder, her voice growing angrier. "what is it?! is there an antidote?"

"clarke, he doesn't understand you." octavia spoke up.

"vials." bellamy said, rushing over to the metal box. "it's gotta be here."

clarke threw the knife onto the floor. "you'd have to be stupid to have a poison around this long without an antidote." she looked at all the vials. "which one?!"

"answer the question!" bellamy yelled.

"please, just show them!" arabella begged. "this could be over it you just show us!"

"show us, please!" octavia begged also.

"which one!" clarke yelled again. "our friend is dying down there and you can stop that."

clarke and bellamy exchanged looks.

"i'll get him to talk." bellamy stood before the grounder, ready to hit him again.

"bellamy, no!" octavia reached for his arm.

"he wants finn to die!" he yelled at octavia. "why can't you see that?"

arabella clenched her jaw. "and why can't you see you'll be no better than them?" she spoke to the man in anger. "you can't-"

bellamy turned to clarke. "do you want him to live or not?"

octavia reached for clarke. "you even said it yourself. this is not who we are! he was protecting me. he saved my life!"

"we're talking about finn's life!" bellamy yelled at octavia, who took a step back, looking at arabella, who had a pure rage in her eyes all of it needing to be projected onto bellamy.

"do it." clarke told him.

octavia scoffed, looking at clarke in disbelief. the young girl stood in front of the grounder. "just tell us!" miller and another boy held her back.

arabella's chest was rising and falling quickly, she hadn't felt anger like this since she was arrested. she spun around, grabbed the blond boy of octavia, and used all her strength to shove him to the ground.

"arabella?" she heard a voice say.

arabella's breathing was loud, and her hands were shaking. she clenched her fists so hard her skin began to bleed. the boy had now stood up, he was shouting in arabella's face but the girl couldn't hear a thing he was saying. she took a deep breath. "touch her again and i swear to you i will end your life."

"whatever, bitch." he grumbled.

arabella didn't think twice and swung her fist at the boy's face.

"arabella!" she heard bellamy yell.

arabella felt as though she had no control over her body, her head swayed like she was drunk. she spun around heading towards the hatch then ascended down the ladder.

she dropped herself into a quiet, empty corner of the bottom of the dropship. arabella wished she could change and be a better person, maybe then her dad would've loved her the way a father is meant to love a daughter.
