"angel, angel baby.." felix quietly hummed to himself as he got ready. those words have been stuck in his head since the night hyunjin gently sang to him.

"you are an angel," hyunjin smiled at felix, just admiring the smaller boy while he stood at the door frame. "are you ready?"

felix nodded, face hot with from what the taller boy said. they were about to leave to go live for their five year anniversary.

hyunjin extended a hand out for felix, who took it with a bit of hesitation. they met the rest of the group and headed to their destination.

the live was going smoothly. all boys were interacting, felix and hyunjin even got to interact more without being told not to. they held hands during a game, felix put stickers on hyunjin's face, the taller brunette hugged felix from behind, and even glanced and touched each other here and there. it felt like everything was slowly going back to normal.

it came to end, and it felt like time had gone by too quick. they were getting their belongings and heading over to the cars.

once they were situated in the car, felix laid his head on hyunjin's shoulder. he sighed with content. "today went really well."

hyunjin looked down at the smaller boy. "yeah it did."

he noticed felix twiddling with his fingers. "what's wrong?"

"did you notice how staff wasn't telling us anything when we would interact? it was really weird." felix was now facing hyunjin.

the older boy smiled and scratched the back of his neck, "yeah, i actually talked to jyp. i couldn't take it anymore, and i couldn't take seeing you so sad. felix, you mean too much to me to let you slip away."

felix blushed and felt his heart burst with love. he smiled and laid his head back down on hyunjin's shoulder. the brunette kissed the top of felix's head. the rest of the car ride home was quiet.

once they got home, everyone went to their designated rooms.

felix and hyunjin walked into theirs, immediately closing the door, shaking off their jackets. hyunjin put soft music on their speaker for some relaxing background noise.

felix immediately wrapped his arms around hyunjin's waist, in a tight hug. he hid his face in the older boy's chest. "thank you," felix breathed out, a sweet smile playing on his lips.

"for what?" hyunjin wrapped his own arms around the smaller boy.

"for this. for talking to jyp.. i don't know how you did it, but thank you." felix looked up at hyunjin with direct eye contact.

"i would do anything for you, lixie," hyunjin softly said, "i-i love you."

felix smile just grew bigger, "i love you, too, jinnie."

felix then did what he's been dying to do since the last time. he put a hand behind hyunjin's neck and pulled him down into a kiss.

hyunjin placed his arms around felix's waist, pulling his body closer to his own. the kiss felt different, it was filled with love, passion, and lust.

they were in love.
