Emotive

Her pov:

I see Aries leaning against the door looking all pretentious. "What do you really think of him,"

"Excuse me,"

"I mean now that it's just us you can be honest, did he kidnap you, manipulate you." What is his problem!

"Weren't you two friends!"

Aries eyes narrow slightly "Friends?" he laughs. "Tell me Aurora, someone who betrayed you and risked your life just so he could feel a little better, is that a friend."

I shake my head, unable to understand his viewpoint "Tell me this, You know what he went through, what did you do!"

"He never even asked!"
"HE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO!" I feel a wave of anger and Aries words become incoherent mumbling. All I can focus on is this feeling. How could he be so ignorant? All these people are still sitting so high up after what they did! It's too cruel! They should be hurt!

"Uh Aurora...What are you..."

I hear a loud sound and people screaming around me before I make contact with the floor.

His pov:

"Weren't you two friends!" Is that Aurora? What is she doing? I make my way to her and see her and Aries. She looks upset, how dare he talk to her right now!

"HE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO!" Aurora's whole body is shaking and it's like I can hear how fast her heart beats. I rush towards her but am met with a large barrier around her, it's like an invisible shield almost.

"Aurora!" I yell. She can't hear me. What is this? She lets out a loud cry shattering all the windows around us. I watch as she falls to the ground. "Aurora!" I try to pick her up but the shield still remains, I try to break it down but it's too strong. I turn to Aries and he's standing there shaken "WHAT DID YOU DO!"

"Me? What did she do?" Aries protests. How is this possible?

I see Aurora shift and tears run down her face, the shield seems to have fallen. Immediately I held on to her carrying her to med-bay. The main focus is making sure she is alright.

"Help! She's not awake!" I rush in and place her down on the bed.

"Brother? What has happened?"

"I -I don't know, she was talking and then, she..brother there was a shield over her like the one father is able to cast."

"What! Do you think he did something!"
"I'm not sure, I think somehow...it's not possible but it was like she did it..."
Thor's eyes widen "But that...I mean she's mortal...right?"

I don't know what to believe right now, I can't think straight "Why is she not waking!"

The helpers arrive and take a look at her "She is fine, she should be awake in a few hours, she just needs time." I don't understand. I take her hand in mine, it's my fault. What if bringing her here...i'm so sorry Aurora.

I have been by her side for a few hours now, her hand in mine. I have come to find comfort in her breath, just knowing she is alive. The door suddenly opens and Thor and mother walk in.

Mother approaches he slowly "Loki, Aries has told me what happened, is she alright"

"I think so."

"Loki, do you know what this means.." What does it mean?

"What are you talking about?"

"Aurora's magic, you think she always had that?" I haven't even thought about the possibilities properly.

"What are you saying mother"

She sighs and sits down with me "You Loki, I think you shared it with her" What! That makes no sense.

"How could I possibly have done that,"

"There's some connection, a pure emotion you had because of her, its rare and i've only head of it from books but you can take it back,"

"A pure emotion? That's no real" What lies are they playing at, she must be covering for father, he did this. "The shield was one of fathers! You're lying!"

"Loki, listen you need to act fast, you have to use your magic to extract it from hers." This is ridiculous.

Thor steps forward to try and reason with me "Loki, It wasn't father, his shield isint like that and you must know that."

What should I do? This is my fault then! My fault she's here unconscious! That she had gotten so upset, because of me!

"Loki, you have to take it back, it's too difficult for someone to control.."

"I–i can't Thor"

"She could die!"

"I CAN'T CONTROL IT!"

"--wh-what?"

"I don't have control over it and I fear I might hurt her worse."

"What do you mean! I've once seen you cast an illusion over all of Asgard!"

"I know...but after what happened..." I sigh "It's dark magic Thor, my emotions are..it's.."

"--It's okay. Loki, we'll figure it out."
