HIS POV:
She's doing it again, she said she had to study and kicked me to the other side of the room cause I was a 'distraction.' I watch as her glazed over eyes look over her notes, not an ounce of movement otherwise. She's just kind of staring at them deep in thought. I decided to cook pasta for her knowing it may ease her a little.
"Brother! I've been looking for you" Thor barges in, uninvited to no surprise there. He looks over to Aurora "What's up with her,"
I look up from me chopping tomatoes, "It's fine Brother, she shuts off like this sometimes," Thors browns furrow in concern "Shuts off?"
"It was a long day for her, she just needs time to sort her thoughts," Thor nods, not fully understanding. I think I'm more aware of her ways. I've noticed she gets like this and after everything that has happened to her she seems to have more moments like this... I sigh and walk over to her slowly crouching down and cautiously whispering "Aurora?"
She looks up to me suddenly and smiles "Hey..."
"Hi" I smile, reaching up to her face and placing my hand on her hair. "Ready to eat?"
"I'm not really hungry at the moment..."
I press my lips together "I know, I made some snacks though, just have some of the crackers"
She nods her head and reluctantly gets up "Hey Thor,"
"Hello soon to be Sister, you alright?"
"Sister?" I scoff, confused by the sudden name.
Aurora laughs "I'm fine Thor, have you heard any news"
My face drops slightly and tension fills the room, she hasn't mentioned him for a few days. Thor seems hesitant to answer "That's actually why i've come here...it seems he's gone to Midgard"
"What!" she yells "How did he, why would he be there, he hates mortas!"
Titan being in midgard can only be for one purpose, his only goal is for the destruction of those not Asgardian, if he's in Midgard there may be no hope.
Thor speaks up "I've alerted the avengers and I was going to go down now" The avengers, like they could possibly do anything. I grimace in disgust when reminded of my past encounters with them.
"I'm coming to" Aurora steps forward. "What no, it's dangerous" I grab her pulling her back.
Her brows furrowed in protest "I need to do this Loki," I stare at her, her eyes welled up in anger, If she goes to midgard, faces Titan...I fear..what happened last time was on Asgard, on midgard his powers will be 100 fold more. "I can't risk it Aurora"
"I'm not asking Loki, I'm going" She wields out from my grasp. I sigh lost for options. "Alright! Alright, just let me come with you."
Thor moves up to us "Do you think that is wise, it will be difficult convincing -"
"I know, I know, it's fine..let's just get this over with.
Her pov:
I knew Loki had trouble with the avengers, although I only found out recently it was him originally responsible for the attack. I knew the state of mind he was in during it. I've never encountered the avengers, I barely know who they are, I guess i was too focused on school to worry about what had happened. Which sounds ridiculous now that I think about it.
We walked over to the room where we entered from, a large mirror showed where you see midgard, it felt like i've been in Asgard so long to be honest. Loki grabs my hand gently "You ready?" I nod slightly. I hate this part. We step through and I am immediately brought back to the sickening feeling, I groan as my feet make contact with the ground "That was so much worse than before"
