Her pov:
Loki and I must have fallen asleep talking last night, his lies resting below me as I stare at him from the couch. I take notice of how calming his breath is. His eyelashes curl slightly upwards and he's huddled up in a small ball. I take the blanket and place it on him. His skin is so clear! It looks so soft, I slowly take my fingers and graze upon his cheek.. –Oh my god his eyes are open!!
I jumped back and accidently hit my head on the couch behind me "Owww!" I wince.
"Aurora! Are you okay," Loki jumps up and presses against my head,
"No! You scared me jeez!" God, how long was his eyes open, how long was I staring for.
He laughs "What! You scared me love! I wasn't expecting to see you so close," Oh my god I wanna disappear. Wait did he just call me love, that killed me a little inside. "Aurora.." he whispers
"What Loki!"
"You look really pretty in the morning."
What.
I..um...
I cough and try to change the subject to anything else, "So have you ever thought about forgiving your brother, you guys were so close and" his face drops a little at my question, "Sorry it's just I know your relationship is complicated but it doesn't seem like he had ill intentions towards you and it be nice to have family you can rely on."
"It's okay Aurora, I know he was messing around. It's just hard to forgive when it's linked to all that happened.."
"I understand...so did you find a new way back to Asgard?"
Loki sighs. Wow I am not asking any right questions. "Sorry I'm just going to stop asking,"
"No it's not that Aurora, I think I know the way but I have to use magic.."
"...and.."
"After what happened...the magic I have has darkened...it's linked to emotion meaning it's difficult to control."
"Oh I see...can I help you?"
He smiles "You've already done so much for me Aurora." Loki gets up from his seat and faces towards me with his hands placed on my shoulders.
His pov:
I look down at her, she wears a small smile and furrowed brows, her breath quickens as I move her hair from her face and slowly bring my fingers towards her cheek. I smile as she quickly breathes in and holds her breath at the movement. "Aurora.." I whisper to her to which she silently nods. "Am I making you uncomfortable?"
She looks at my eyes and doesn't say anything. I remove my hand and step back a little, "Sorry I-"
"No.." she says, smiling at me. I try to hold back my relief at her answer and chuckle. In this moment I feel...
"LOKI!" Oh no, I jolt my head to the door and move Aurora behind me.
"Brother" I say a little disappointed at the timing.
"I have been searching everywhere for you," he has. Why would he be looking for me?
"What, what do you mean?"
"Well..uh.. when you left, I kind of had words with father for banishing you and well..you know his temper...he banished me," he tried to help me? I'm left a little confused, speechless even at the notion. I never would have expected...
"Hi, I'm Aurora, Loki's said so much about you" Aurora steps from behind me and greets Thor.
"Oh..all good things I bet," he retorts sarcastically. "So Loki, it appears you've taken a liking to the mortal realms," he says teasingly to which I roll my eyes.
"And you brother, what have you been doing all this time,"
"Oh well..uh Jane!" he turns and yells behind him. A small woman appears from behind the door and smiles at us "Hi...uh..I'm Jane." It appears my brother is a hypocrite.
Aurora steps towards Jane and introduces herself "Want to go for a walk while we let these two talk?" Jane nods and follows behind her.
"Wait Aurora," I grab her hand, "I don't want to talk to him right now," I whisper and nod towards my brother.
Thor places his hand on my shoulder "I can hear you brother." I shook my head at him.
Aurora tightens her grip on my hand for a second before letting go, "You'll be fine, I'll be back soon," I sigh as I watch her leave smiling.
"She is quite handsome brother, I can see why you like her,"
"What, no, you misunderstand,"
He smirks and slowly nods "Sure I did, I can't talk to much, I did meet Jane after all,"
"Why have you come brother," he's a little startled at my sudden change in tone.
"I've come to bring you back.."
"Thanks but I don't need your help, I never have, not then and certainly not now,"
"So why have you not come back yet...surely you have some revenge plan formulating in your mind," I'm confused at his straightforwardness.
"I do not need to answer to the likes of you brother,"
"Okay..." we stayed silent for a bit.
Thor sighs "Loki can we please start again, you're my brother, no matter what and I should of been there for you when you needed,"
I don't know what to say, I never really expected us to go back to before everything.
Thor realized my uncertainty. "You don't have to answer now, just know that i'm sorry and think it over."
I look over at him, he seems sincere but to me, all I can see are the events that occurred because of him. I just nod at him and he smiles back hopefully.

Her pov:
"Knock knock, have you guys made up yet...and I am talking to myself.." I say as I stare back at an empty room. Where did they go? I hear Loki's laugh coming from down the hall and walk towards it. Him and Thor are trying to use the vending machine and by the looks of it..failing. I laugh at them "What are you guys doing?"
Loki quickly looks back at me "Oh hey, we were trying to get food for everyone but the machine broke,"
"Did you press what you wanted?" The two look at each other dumbfounded. "I thought the button was one of those siri like things," I smiled at the two and walked up to show them.
Thor grabs the packets victoriously "Yes! Lucky you talked me out of breaking it eh brother," he calls for Jane as he holds the packets high in the air.
I turn to look at Loki smiling slightly at his brother "Looks like you two are getting along.."
He coughs and his smile drops back "What's wrong Loki?"
"Nothing...it's just this changes things." Change things?
"What things,"
"Thor being back here...I can use his magic to bring us back..." we stay silent knowing what this means for us.
"Oh...that's good then?"
"It is?" he questions.
"Yeah I mean that's what you wanted right?"
"..yeah guess so."
We walk back to the apartment, not able to look at each other. It's too soon.
