Her pov:
What's happening? Where is Loki! I try to communicate with our link but it's like its shut off, the only thing I can feel is his fear. I don't know how to help him. My throat begins to ache as I stifle cries.
"Aurora! Aurora what's wrong!" Natasha screams at me as I remain curled up in a ball.
Thor bursts in screaming "Aurora are you alright! Where's Loki!"
I jolt my head up towards him with teary eyes "You don't know!" I yell. My concern is growing as I feel our link is becoming weaker.
Thor shakes his head "I left him alone for a second to get drinks and when I came back he was gone and the window was shattered with blood scattered everywhere."
Blood? Was he hurt! Oh my God! Where is he! "Why can't I find him!!!"
"Aurora, concentrate please!"
I try and focus but my mind wanders off on all the possible scenarios. Is he in pain? Why did he leave me? He wouldn't do that! Why won't he communicate we me then!
I yell in frustration, all the built up emotions accumulate and let out in a wave of energy that pushes everything away from me. All I hear is Thor's grunts as he slams into the wall and the shattered pieces of plates that fall from the cabinet. I start to breathe heavily and my mind quotes.
... Loki?
I open my eyes in realization.
"He's gone"
His pov:
I start coughing as I feel my powers weaken, I don't know what he gave me or where he took me but I can't feel Aurora anymore. She must be worried about me. I have to get out of here. Just focus. I steady my breath as I try to concentrate and conjure all my energy in just my arm so I can remove the restraints. A flash of green appears and a moment of relief befalls me till I hear a laugh...Aries. I glare towards him as he snickers towering over me.
"Did you actually think that would work...pathetic."
"Where am I!"
He smiles cynically "Don't bother Loki, you can't reach her..not here.""What do you want Aries"
"Titan that idiot failed so I'm left to finish what I started."
"-What..please, titan" This can't be how I end, I can't leave her like this.
He snickers at me "I'm not going to kill you Loki, but you'll wish I did."
Timeskip
Her pov:
It's been over a year since Loki left, I don't stay with Stark anymore, ever since the so called avengers team grew more missions started popping up. Hydra was the last one I was on, I ended up being kidnapped by them, exploited and taught, they all left me for dead. It took me a month to realize no one was coming to save me, I managed to break out on my own and I haven't seen anyone since. I've thought about getting revenge on them but what's the point now? I'm tired. I just want to sleep. I think to myself as I watch the waves crash in front of me, slowly tracing figurines on the sand with a stick. I smile at the image I created of a gruesome death scene of Stark. I take a moment to enjoy the silence...the emptiness. No one is here...no one will ever be here for me.
As if I can't catch a break, suddenly large screams are heard from behind me. I rolled my eyes, and walked over to the source, it was getting a little boring I guess. I smile at the familiar sight...it's hydra agents. I watch intently as they start sifting through the people, not leaving any unharmed. It's not long before I see the other familiar sight of the avengers helicopter. Stark and Thor immediately fly down, while the rest of the team slide down a rope released from the helicopter and land down in front of the agents. I snicker, bunch of posers. I start making my way back, I don't really want to see them right now. Unfortunately, nothing ever plays out how I intend to as a Hydra agent grabs onto me "Where do you think you're going," he harshly whispers in my ear, "We've been looking for you..Aurora," he spits. He makes his way to the avengers shoving me along with him, I can escape. Easily, I don't know why I haven't yet.
