His pov:
Aurora and I still lie in bed, I think both of us are awake now but neither one of us dare to move in fear of losing this comfort. I sigh in contempt as she groggily groans "Are you awake,"
"Yes my dear" I whisper as she leans further into me, holding tightly around me like in fear I may run away.
A familiar scene occurs as the door bursts open, we hear an alarm coming from outside and there stands Stark yelling frantically "Loki is missing!"
It takes him a second to calm down after spotting me, but his worry soon turns into disgust "What are you two doing here!" he sternly says. Thor comes running in after him, his worry melting away into a more pretentious smile as he grins ear to ear "What are you guys doing" he says teasingly. I roll my eyes and Aurora buries his face beneath the covers in embarrassment "Why didn't you leave earlier!" she whispers. I look down at her smirking "Aurora, your hands are still wrapped around me, how could I possibly go anywhere,"
She hastily removes her arms and makes her way out of the bed towards Stark and Thor. "Uh hey guys...Loki literally just came now to uh wake me up" she stammers.
Thor smiles "Then why were you both in bed"
"Oh well, I wasn't waking up so Loki thought it best to lie down for a bit cause that way uh it would be uncomfortable to stay in bed and then I would wake up."
'That doesn't make any sense, Love' I say in our link. She glares at me 'Say something else then!'
I step forward "I came over last night" I blankly state. Amused as Aurora tenses up and a red hue comes over her face. Stark groans in frustration "Did you not hear the rules!"
"Oh come on Stark, you can't honestly think it wise to try and separate us, were connected, it will be futile on your end"
Stark rolls his eyes "Fine! Whatever i'm over this, just can you guys stop being so.." he gestures towards us.
"We'll try" I say, immediately grabbing Aurora and placing a kiss on her head to which she pushes me away slightly knowing the intention to annoy Stark.
Thor walks over to me placing his hand on my shoulders as Stark leaves with Aurora"So brother, this connection, how are you two managing"
I sigh looking over at the door where Aurora stands behind "We just need some time to get our bearings... but I find it quite comforting"
"How so"
"It allows me to know immediately the moment she's in pain or upset or angry"
Thor nods "And your power?"
I smile at him "It's different Thor, better. It's still linked to emotions but no longer as dark somehow...it feels hopeful."
"And Aurora? Is she okay?"
I try to keep my smile but it's too hard to pretend when it comes to her "Whatever Titan did to her changed her...She's scared all the time Thor, I can feel it but I can't do anything about it!"
Thor sighs "Loki she went through alot, she trusted you once before completely, I saw it, just give her time,"
I nod knowingly "I hate him Thor, I know he is dead but I wish he suffered more! I should have brought her more closure, I should have saved her sooner!"Thor shakes his head "Loki there is no point in thinking like this, Aurora is here now, if you want to help think about what to do now!"
I sigh..he's right.
"Come on, you guys should train."
I follow him out the door and see Aurora closing her eyes in the middle of the room. 'Aurora what are you doing'
