Comfort

His pov:

Jane decides to make dinner for everyone and is teaching Thor how to cut tomatoes, while Aurora hasn't come out of her room since we got back. I'm hesitant to check on her...I don't want to say the wrong thing.

"So brother how long have you been staying with Aurora,"

"-What, oh..since I got here, we met at her university's hospital," I should check on her, what if she's upset, or maybe she doesn't want to see me.

"A hospital, what happened?...brother?"

"Oh uh we both fainted I guess and I ran into her room accusing her of bringing me there,"

Thor and Jane exchange looks with each other, "What Thor,"

"Nothing brother, dinners ready..did you want to get Aurora?" I hurriedly stood up and walked to her room. What should I say...do I talk about me going back or should I wait after dinner.

The door suddenly opens in front of my face "Oh Aurora, hi..."

"Loki? What are you doing.." she questions.

"Oh well, you see Thor made dinner and he had asked me to come get you and I was just about to knock but you had opened the door already and here we are ahah" what am I rambling on about.

"Oh okay, ill go eat now.." she tried to squeeze past me but I held onto her hand stopping her.

"Aurora, can we talk for a moment," I don't even know what to say.

"Um yeah sure..what's up," I stare at her without saying anything, she seems distant from me.

"Aurora..about me leaving and everything.." she turns her head away from me and looks down avoiding eye contact.

"Aurora...should I not go," I'm surprised by myself , but I don't think I can say goodbye to her yet. Her face is still turned to the ground, growing impatient of not being able to see her. I slightly lift up her chin to meet her teary eyes. "Aurora..."

"I can't let you do that Loki, you deserve justice..after everything that happened," I sigh.. once I get justice, I fear without her I will never feel contempt.

"It's okay Aurora"

"It's not okay Loki! You're going to go back and live your life, probably finding a princess and I'll just be stuck here wondering what you are doing."

We stay silent. I won't leave her. She sighs and starts to walk away from me, her hand slipping away from mine "Come on, they're still waiting for us."

Her pov:

"Come with me," he asked.

My head jolted back to look if he was serious "As in come to Asgard.."

"Yeah it would be great, I can show you all the places I talked about and we can.."

There's so many thoughts running through my head. University ends in 3 days but even then I still have to go back next month. What about my friends? How could I...I want to go though. I know it's ridiculous but..I mean is it that crazy..i'll think of it like a holiday...a holiday to another realm but at least this way I don't have to say goodbye just yet.

"I understand it's a lot Aurora and I don't expect you to say yes"

"Yes." Loki's whole face lights up and runs up fully embracing me in his arms. I can't hide my relief as we enter the dining room, Thor and Jane look at us teasingly "You guys took your time."

"Shut up brother," Loki nudges him as we start to dish our food.

"So Loki, I was thinking of going back to Asgard for a while now that I found you..mother will be thrilled when she see you,"
