Chapter 14 Will You Marry Me

I finally made it to a wisteria family crest. When I got there, an old small woman answered the door.

"May I presume that you are a demon slayer?"

She said in a sweet raspy voice.

"Yes, I was hoping you could take me in."

"I'm sorry, I have a very small house and all of my rooms are taken up." the old woman said, "but you are welcome to share a room with someone here if you'd like. I am deeply sorry that I can't get you anything more."

"Don't worry! I don't mind sharing a room! Thank you for letting me use your home!"

The woman immediately let me take a bath to clean off my wounds. It's so nice that these kinds of people exist. The wisteria family crests are people aware and very grateful for what demon salyers do for everyone so they make their home welcome to demon slayer free of charge. The old lady then gave me a fresh change of clothes while she washed my dirty uniform and haori.

The lady showed me to my room where I heard screaming on the inside. When I opened the door, I was surprised to see that all the people there were boys. I also knew them all from the final selection. First there was the boy with the fiery red hair that broke that angry boy's arm, eating his food in front of him very calmly. Then there was the boar headed guy that I thought didn't survive final selection. I never saw him come down the mountain. I didn't recognize him at first because he wasn't wearing his mask. Honestly, at first I didn't even know he was a he. He had such a delicate face with beautiful green eyes and black to blue hair that sat right above his shoulders. It scared me when I first walked in because he had his shirt unbuttoned so I could see his chest. The boar boy was not eating very politely. He was just stuffing his face without using any utensils. He was even grabbing food off of other people's plates. The last person was Zenitsu, who was getting frustrated with the boar headed boy for being so rude.

When I walked into the room, there was already a plate of food waiting for me. How did that old lady do it? She has to be magic or something. All the boys were staring at me like they've never seen a girl in their lives.

"Oh, Hey Zenitsu! Funny seeing you here! What a coincidence!" I said

I sat down as Zentisu spoke up.

"Y/n! You remembered me! I didn't think you would!"

"How could I forget about the boy who saved my life." I said cheerfully.

The red haired boy across from me smiled. "So I'm guessing that you too know each other."

"Yeah we've met before." I replied "Aren't you the boy from the final selection?"

"Yes." he responded " I'm Tanjiro Kamado, and this," he points to the rude girlish looking boy, "is Inosuke Hashibira."

"Well it's nice to meet you two!" I said

We started to eat our food together talking about different adventures and our experience in final selection but I couldn't help but notice that Zenitsu was staring at me the whole time. I didn't mind honestly. It wasn't hurting me. I tried to eat my food. I still have a problem with eating and I have an even worse problem with eating in front of people but it usually worries people when they see me not eating so I try my best to eat as much as I can.

Inosuke then starts to grab handfuls of Tanjiro's food and eat them.

"If you're that hungry then you can have this bowl as well." Tanjiro says while trying to give Inosuke a bowl of food.
