Chapter 83 What do I do Now?

Mitsuri, Obanai and I are still looking for the demon that's controlling this place. We've been at this for hours now and we've only found a bunch of weak demons! I hope Zenitsu's okay-

"Zenitsu Agatsuma has successfully defeated Upper rank 6!" A crow from above said.

My knees go weak as I tear up from relief. A demon almost attacked me but Obanai saved me as Mitsuri comforted me.

"He....... he did it..... I hope he's okay.... He's not dead..... I'm so glad I....."

"Y/n chan... calm down a little okay? You can celebrate later." Mitsuri said.

(Zenitsu's POV)

"How is he? Do you think you can save him? I know him! Do something! I'm begging you!" Murata screamed, fighting some demons.

I woke up....... I'm not dead.... I thought when I saw gramps... I thought I died.... I'm so glad Y/n isn't alone just yet. I saw a guy with teal hair and a demon slayer uniform in front of me that I didn't recognize but he didn't sound human. He sounded like a demon..... But not like a normal demon. He's also bandaging me up, so he probably isn't a threat. The boy healing me started getting irritated at Murata.

"So noisy..... Be quiet Murata and make yourself useful. Keep an eye out for demons."

"What rank are you!? If you're lower than me I won't forgive this!"

The guy ignores Murata's question, "I'm using demon styptic but if these slashes on his face don't stop bleeding, they'll open up all the way to his eyes." The boy looks at me, "Can you hear me?"

I groaned from the pain as Murata started screaming again.

"Stop saying scary things to him!"

"The bleeding not stopping."

"Well then stop it!" Murata leans down to me, "You're gonna be alright! We're going to save you! You're not gonna die! Hang in there Agatsuma!"

"The Kizuki you were fighting still hasn't mastered his techniques and abilities." The boy said, "You're lucky. If you had fought him a year from now, he probably would have killed you immediately."

"Stop saying such depressing things!"

"Murata, look at what you've done. Now the demons have found us since you were too loud."

I see a horde of demons coming out. I couldn't move at this point. The boy brought me to the sidelines as Murata fought the demon.

"Hurry up and kill it!" The boy said.

"I'll get you for this Yushiro!" Murata screamed.

So the boy's name was Yushiro? Thank you for saving me Yushiro.

Once Murata and the other corp members that Yushiro, Murata and I were joined by defeated the demons that Murata attracted with his screaming, Murata decided to carry me on his back so we could keep moving. Yushiro was obviously not human. He acted a lot more different. He then took out these sheets of paper with weird designs on it and started scattering them everywhere. A lot of the crows flying around were also wearing their weird papers. I wonder what they're for.

"Yushiro! What are you doing?!" Murata screamed as Yushiro ignored him, "Yushiro, we can't just wait for you to throw around those random papers! It's really dangerous in this place! We have to go- ahhhhh!!!!"

The floor underneath us turned into a door and we started to fall. I started screaming as I continued to hold onto Murata's back. We're gonna die!!!!!!!!!!!

(Y/n's POV)

I'm so glad Zenitsu's alright. It's been hours of being in this stupid place and Obanai, Mitsuri and I haven't found anything but weak demons. We haven't even seen any other demon slayer.

"Tanjiro Kamado and Giyu Tomioka have successfully defeated Upper 3, Akaza! They have both collapsed from exhaustion!" I crow from above announces.

Are we winning the battle?! We've lost Shinobu but we've defeated 2 upper rank demons already! We still have a decent amount of time before Muzan is expected to attack! This is going great! There will be no more demons by the end of the night and Nezuko will be human again! I can't wait to talk to her!

As we continue to defeat small demons, I see Momo fly through the air. So she did make it. She had the letter she was talking about. She landed on my shoulder and gave me the letter.

I open it up and read it. The color drained from my face.

"Sora........ She......."

Obanai and Mitsuri looked back at me when I stopped in my tracks.

Sora..... She took her life...... she told me she wouldn't. She told me she was fine........ After this battle I was going to visit her and even move in close to her.... Help her cope with the other girl that bullied us but...... god why did I leave her there...... Why did I....... why didn't I offer her to become a demon slayer too. I would probably have ended up like her if I didn't become a demon slayer....... That stupid bitch..... Why would she give up........ I'm angry at her. I'm angry because she was a lazy bitch and took the easy way out..................selfish bitch.......

No....... I really don't think that....... I love her with all my heart. She's the only person that made my heart feel full until Zenitsu came around........... I........ I... don't know what to do.....

I start running in front of Mitsuri and Obanai, repeatedly stabbing and beheading every demon I saw. Mitsuri held me back.

"Y/n! Stop! What happened!?"

Tears streamed down my face as I pulled away and started stabbing and beheading more demons, slitting open their stomachs and ripping out their organs as they screamed in agony before I beheaded them. Mitsuri held me back again, tears running down her cheeks seeing me like this.

"Y/N! CALM DOWN!"

I scream in pain.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"
