Chapter 90 DON'T GIVE UP!

We can win! We can do it! Muzan is seriously weakened right now and dawn is coming soon!

Muzan lets out a serious explosion, injuring Tanjiro, Obanai and I.......... I definitely broke something....... I had to have cracked a couple ribs at least from that attack. I feel my neck wound about to open again and I hold my neck but then I realize something........ My hair........ It's cut....... The length is right below my ears...... that must have happened when Muzan cut my neck a bit ago......... My hair is the least of my problems though. The cut is right on my gullet............ I'm going to bleed out if I don't heal........ I mean...... it's not like it matters.....everyone but Kanao, Tanjiro, Obanai, Mitsuri and a handful of other corps members are dead.........

Despite that, I try to start recovery breathing while fighting. I wanted to make it till the end of the battle and watch that monster burn in the sun and scream in pain!

Even though the attack was over.......... I couldn't get up off the ground........Tanjiro was just shaking on the floor......... I think he's at the end of his rope.............

But I'm not........... Not yet...........I have to fight........ Every ounce of strength left.................. I need it........

I start to get up to my feet but Muzan just threw another attack at me, slamming against the wall. No.......no........stop it.......this can't be it........

"Beast breathing, fourth fang, slice and dice!" Inosuke came out of nowhere!

He's alive!? I thought he died a while ago! I use my strength to lift my head. He was beaten badly but he could move and channel attacks.

"You've really....... Done it now and...... and I won't stand for it!" Inosuke screamed, "THEY PROTECTED US! THE OLD GUY WITH THE ROSARY LOST HIS LEG AND THE GUY WITH THE HALF AND HALF HAORI LOST HIS ARM! ALL THE BODIES LYING AROUND HERE BELONGED TO COMRADES I SHARED MEALS WITH! Give............ give them back.....Their legs and arms...... their lives....... EVERYTHING! If you can't do that....... Then you'll pay with a million deaths!!!!"

Inosuke attacked Muzan again......... I can't stand for this....... He can't do this on his own.................. Then Muzan takes his arm and shoves it underground, making it travel all the way under Inosuke and stabbing him. I have to do something!

I shoot up and speed over and cut off Muzan's hand.

"INOSUKE!!! Stay alive! You have to stay alive!" I scream.

"Y/n!" I hear a familiar voice.................Zenitsu. Zenitsu zoomed across the battlefield with his thunder breathing. "Y/n, don't worry about the battle anymore! You're going to end up killing yourself! You can't die yet!" Zenitsu continued fighting, "We still have so many plans. Tanjiro, don't try getting up either! You need to make sure Nezuko becomes a human again! That's the reason all of us came together in the first place! We need you!"

I heard what Zenitsu was saying but I didn't care. I needed to keep fighting...... to the death...... An attack then slams Zenitsu against the wall again but Inosuke protects Zenitsu without a second thought but Muzan quickly attacks again, slamming Inosuke against another wall. I..........I can't lose them again......... I need to do something about this and fast........ I grip my sword with my working hand and swing the other one around then.......... I realize....... I could have sworn my blade color was green...... now............ .now it's red....

"Sound breathing, Thunder breathing...... combine....... SYMPHONY OF THE STORMY NIGHT!"

My eyes glow as I bounce off every wall in sight. My attacks just kept coming and coming and coming............While Muzan faced the ground, I beheaded him, not that it would do us any good. I cut off his arm and then another.

Muzan wasn't attacking....... He's so weak now.....

"Beast breathing, fourth fang, slice and dice!"

"Thunder breathing, first form, Thunder clap and flash, godlike speed!"

I then see a determined look in Zenitsu's eyes.

"Thunder breathing, seventh form, Honoikazuchi no kami!" I see his thunder dragon that he was talking about....... The move....... It was breathtaking..........

Zenitsu then tumbled to the floor. I could tell a move like that really tired him. Inosuke and I are taking over now.

"Sound breathing, first form, roar!"

"Beast breathing, fifth fang, crazy cutting!"

"Sound breathing, fourth form, constant resounding slashes!"

"Beast breathing, third fang, devour!"

"Sound breathing, third-"

Muzan let out another attack, slashing us again............. I don't think that....... I can......... muster.... Another move after that........Zenitsu....... He's too far.......away....... He can't save us.........

"Sun breathing, burning bones, summer sun!" Tanjiro gets up

Tanjiro then continued to attack ruthlessly as I struggled to get up........ I'm so weak. I was leaning on my sword just to balance. My knees were shaking.

"Raging sun, Fire wheel, beneficent radiance, dragon sun halo, head dance, solar-"

Tanjiro got attacked again....... I can't stand to see this...... Tanjiro has to live..... He's made it this far...... but.........I can't move.....I can't do it....there's no way... I could ever..... I already don't really know how to do thunder breathing so when I try, it takes a lot out of me but, even with Uzui's training, thunder breathing is the only way I'm fast enough........

"Don't give up."

"What?" I looked around, did Genya, Muichiro and Shinobu come to visit me again? No, there was no one around......... I don't recognize the voice at all.......

"You hear me? DON'T GIVE UP!"

"Who.....who are you......?"

"Be totally conscious about each muscle. Every vein. NEVER GIVE UP!"

I grip my sword tighter.

"Total concentration, sound breathing, developed, Music of the Thunder storm!" My blade goes through Muzan's back like butter and I pin him to the ground as if he were some kind of demon shush kabob.

"Beast breathing, sixth fang, palisade bite!"

"Sun breathing, dance, clear blue sky, fake rainbow!"

"Sound breathing, fifth form, string performance!"

We all started a rhythm.

"Thunder breathing, first form, thunder clap and flash"

"Beast breathing, crazy cutting!"

"Sun breathing, Dance!"

"Sound breathing, roar!"

Inosuke wasn't able to dodge another attack, getting hit into the wall again...... how much longer will this go on!?

"Inosuke!" Tanjiro screams but focuses and gets right back to his attacks, "setting sun transformation, dragon sun."

"THUNDER BREATHING FIRST FORM, THUNDER CLAP AND FLASH GODLIKE SPEED!"

Zenitsu came crashing through once more!

Muzan immediately slashed him in the side, making him fall to the floor.

No one...... does that to Zenitsu........

"Sound breathing, developed, Music of the Thunder Storm!"

I slash at Muzan's jaw and Tanjiro begins to attack again.

"Sun breathing, dragon sun halo head dance! Raging sun! Sunflower thrust!"

Tanjiro had Muzan against a wall now. All of a sudden, I see Muzan try to attack someone else.

It was Mitsuri!
